Caliber Heating & Cooling is a great company! Our A/C wasn't blowing cold and they came out and fixed it right away. They were very professional, experienced and reasonably priced. This is the best A/C company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing and honest! Recommended by a friend when we had a problem. Teng ,our service technician that came out ,went over options for repairs and told and showed me the defective parts that needed replacing. I was an electrician for many years and know which vendors aren’t blowing smoke to get deep in your pockets. $$$. Highly recommend this company for all your AC repairs

They put a new A/C system in for me back about 6 months ago. This is a top notch company. Very professional, respectful, responsive and neat. This is the best A/C install I have ever had. Superb service and excellent customer support. We had an emergency situation with our AC and called Caliber and although their calendar was busy, they made time to come out to us in Wesley Chapel to help us fix our unit. Living in FL is impossible without air conditioning— so we truly appreciate their empathy and compassion to help others. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and friendly service!

I can’t recommend this company enough. I was referred by a friend and they came right on time. The unit was fixed and he even went the extra mile to add some dampers to reduce the noise of the unit. He explained everything he did to me because I was curious. I recommended them to a few people already because the work was quality and affordable.

5/4/2024 Update: I called Song today when my Nest thermostat had an issue with power. He remembered installing the outdoor fan and walked me through the float switch issue that causes it to trip. He didn’t charge me anything even though I offered and even helped me find my drain line. I will be setting up maintenance service with him as soon as possible. I can’t recommend this company enough they are the most genuine people I have ever come across in this business. Thank you Song you are a lifesaver!

We just had one of the owners, Xiong Her personally come out along with Isaiah for my first routine maintenance call. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were on time, completed the job quickly and we’re looking forward to having them back in 6 months for our next A/C checkup. I’ve already recommended Caliber to other family members!

I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Heating and Cooling. The owner, himself came out on a Sunday to give us a quote on possibly replacing the whole unit. He looked it all over inside the house and outside. He tightened some connections and it's working beautifully. He didn't charge us anything for his time. He treated it as an estimate call. He was all about saving his customers money if he can. We will definitely be calling them again for any air conditioning problem.

Caliber AC installed a new AC today. From my initial call through the installation, the company has been great. Siong and his team were communicative, professional, courteous, and respectful, I would highly recommend this company.

Caliber came to the rescue after another company charged us an outrageous amount to clean our drain line only to have the unit shut off again less than 24 hours later and then tell me they couldn’t come out for another 2 days to recheck/fix it.

Xiong came out within a few hours. He was honest and explained everything step by step. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend to friends and neighbors!

Update: Had my annual AC service today. Excellent service, as always, by Caliber Heating and Cooling! Have been using them for years, ever since my first experience with them (below.)

Look no further! I have used so many AC companies, & this is by far the best! Xiong & his brother were here for three hours working to correct the issue I was having. They are courteous, professional, honest, & have the most fair and competitive pricing. They were actually happy to help, with no hidden fees or trying to sell me anything. My only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner. These are your guys!

Caliber Heating & Cooling is fantastic! Prior to my service with Caliber, I had a different AC company come out three times in two days who focused on my drain being the issue and did not check anything else. Their end result was they were not able to fix it. After searching FB reviews on a community page, Caliber Heating & Cooling came highly recommended so I gave them a call. They were very prompt on getting someone here and did a thorough check. The problem was not the drain at all but the coil and the blower fan. The are very friendly, professional and excellent at explaining what was wrong and the repairs they did. To top off the excellent service I also received a nice size discount AND they were done four hours earlier! I strongly recommend you give them a call.

Song came out to diagnose the problem, replaced transformer in the attic. He explained every step, his findings and the remedy. Exceptional customer service and education, very respectful of my home and so incredibly pleasant. Would recommend and call him again 10/10.

UPFATE: Teng came to my rescue again.!! Figured out why my AC wasn't coming on. My own stupidity of course. Also explained my electrical panel to me. Stellar company to deal with.

FINALLY FIXED! After struggling for months with my AC unit's issue with four other local AC companies, I am so grateful for finding Caliber!! All the previous technicians were clueless, and only provided expensive "theories." Teng took the time to research my unit, apparently very detailed and complex, and even called the manufacturer and found the problem. Not only that, he replaced the part THE SAME DAY! I can't tell you how good it is to have this relief and peace of mind as the heat approaches.

Knowledgeable, professional, informative, and very fair pricing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any AC needs.

This family owned business is amazing!!! They are not only professional but very honest about pricing and service. That is very rare in the AC space. Both my mother and I got new AC units and we are very happy customers!!! Believe the hype because they are that good!!
