Eric was informative, honest and friendly. He presented many options to replace my system. My system wasn't working properly, so I called on Monday morning at 8; they were there by 11am. Very much appreciate the prompt service.

The annual service on my unit was recently performed. The service technician's was Brandon. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. As a retired engineer, I realized he paid attention to certain details better than the average technician. I would recommend Brandon and Advanced Cooling Systems as a reliable source for AC maintenance.

Advanced Cooling has provided our AC replacements and services for over 25 years. They just replaced all the ducts in the attic and installed a mini split wall unit in the primary bedroom. As always everything was completed perfectly! Also recently our Trane unit nearing the end of a 12 year warranty, needed what would of been a costly repair but everything was covered under the extended warranty. They took care of everything!

Noticed a burning smell from our AC and called Advanced Cooling at opening and they were able to come same day, only a few hours later. Our serviceman Rick was super helpful and inspected the entire unit for signs of burning and we were able to isolate it to the UV filter. He was able to replace the UV right then and check our downstairs unit as well.
I really appreciate his patience and clear communication!

Honestly, I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I would recommend them to anyone. First, when something goes wrong, they respond quickly and are always prompt and professional. After 40 years of relying on my husband to handle things like air conditioners I am pretty nervous about getting things done and making decisions. But, their technician. Eric, obviously knew what he was doing and was incredibly helpful. He explained (very patiently) what needed to be done and gave me options I understood, showed me what he did and asked my opinion whenever there was a choice. This company has been servicing our AC units for longer than I can remember and I don’t think there could be a better business to trust with such an important part of your home.

Brandon & Xavier did a nice job. Job was wrapped up in the time he estimated. The run of wiring was very tidy. At job end Brandon ran me thru what they did and explained new surge protection. One happy customer !!

We have been using advanced cooling systems for the last 4 years and we couldn’t be happier with our hvac service. We have one of those units that likes to break if you look at it sideways, it was installed before we found ACS, and they are here to save the day every time within a timely manner and with a fair price. They are all complete professionals and know their business extremely well, the work is great and we have a full explanation on what’s up every time. Seriously if you are in the area, look no further they are the best in our opinion.

This morning, my husband and I smelled something burning in our house. We could smell it from every room. We immediately turned off our central heat and checked the attic for smoke or fire. We called the nonemergency police line and they called 911. The fire department came and they smelled the burning as well. They checked the exterior of the home, every room, the outlets, and the attic. They were very thorough. They traced it to the HVAC unit, but the unit would not go back on. We could not get a hold of our regular HVAC company and we were referred to Advanced Cooling. Rick came out quickly on a Sunday and immediately found and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a maintenance issue that was not being taken care of routinely with our FORMER service company. So Advanced Cooling is now who we will be using for all our heating and cooling needs. So very thankful for them during this especially cold spell.👍🏻👍🏻

Brandon was fantastic! He came out to fix the heat issue in my home and was courteous, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and had everything working quickly. It’s such a relief to have a tech who’s professional, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff!

EDIT: Everything in the reply to my comment is a complete lie because:

1. The technician did not offer to replace the capacitor and used high pressure tactics to force pay for a job that did nothing to fix the unit. My girlfriend was at work. Her father doesn’t own the unit and has no say on if a job should be started or not.

2. If the technician did their job correctly and ran the proper checks they would have seen a negative pressure reading which means there is a substantial leak. Not saying “client will let us know about a leak”

3. If they knew anything about r-22 systems they would know the refrigerant is phased out, and the system would need a complete replacement because of the leak.

This company is money hungry so do yourself a favor and choose someone else for the job. They are dishonest and will rob you blind if you don’t know anything about HVAC

Shady business. Was asked to check out a unit that was not blowing cold air. All their tech did was replace a capacitor for $300 when it’s just a $30 part. This is what they wrote in the description. Description Of Work Completed:
Repair fault in voltage enhancement system system is out of refrigerant custome: will let us know about a leak search. Once I got a company out that actually knew what they were doing, they realized that the whole system had a huge leak that was unrepairable and the system was shot and needed to be replaced so we paid this scam company $300 for nothing. don’t do business with them. There are plenty of other reputable businesses that won’t steal your money and do an honest job

I would highly recommend Advanced Cooling Systems! Rick Hinton was our salesperson, and he went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great system and service! He was very patient with our questions, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also delivered our AC system earlier than promised! We were without AC for days in Florida. He was able to install an AC system the day after he met with us! In addition, he made phone calls after the installation to check on everything. Highly recommend this company!

Advanced Cooling Systems had Brandon and Xavier out same day. Brandon was thorough in diagnosing the issue and explained everything clearly. They made a great team. Advanced worked with me on the price for the job and a quote for a new system going forward. They quickly and professionally resolved a small issue that came up! Would highly reccommend.

Our home AC crapped out Friday evening after business hours. First thing Monday I called ACS to see if they could get me on their schedule, and within a couple of hours one of their repair techs showed up at the house. Diagnosed the problem quickly (a burnt out electrical component) and had our air conditioning back up and running in less than an hour. Very pleased with the quick response and professional service. And the part was partially covered by the manufacturer’s 10-year parts warranty, so YAY! ACS has been our go-to HVAC company for more than two decades, and we’d recommend their services to anybody looking for AC or heat pump service.

Was in a pinch when the ac went down and this company was amazing. Came out the same day to help us out of a bind even though they already had a full schedule. Even tried to walk me through step by step what the problem most likely was to save me money. Super professional, super nice, very thorough. Top notch work and amazing communication! I would highly recommend making this company your first call if you ever have any ac issues, they don’t price gouge and are very upfront and honest. I couldn’t give another company a stronger recommendation! This is who every other ac company should strive to emulate.

Teng Her came to service my AC unit and he was on time, very professional and informative as to his findings. He was pleasant to deal with and provided me with great service at a reasonable price. Hands down this is my best google search by far for Caliber Heating and Cooling! Tang and his team came to fix my AC same day I called for help and in the hot summer Florida rain! They are very professional, knowledgeable, priced very fairly and do not try to scam you. I learned that my AC unit is from 1996, they could have easily taken advantage and told me to replace my unit but they honestly fixed some wiring issues and left my place clean and tidy. Thanks to these guys, my AC is all good! Caliber heating and cooling has my business for as long as they are around, I won’t call anyone else! Thank you so much Tang and his team!
