Blair’s came out to replace some duct work. They left a mess in the attic and had fiberglass coming out of all of our vents. I called to have them come back out and clean up but decided against it after talking to the dispatcher. I asked about some of their poor reviews and she became unpleasant and blamed the customers. These are not the kind of people that I want in my home.

My company had Blairs come out twice in two weeks after the third time the air broke I called another company to come out within 5 minutes the new company pulled out our filter which was horrible and replaced it. The new company said that a dirty filter is the most common problem. The technician told me the guy from Blairs either didn't know what he was doing or knew what he was doing and was trying to make as much off us as he could.

Blair's AC company did our install when we built our home 10 years ago and they have serviced our AC units ever since. They are always punctual, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend Blair's AC.

SCOTT is terrific! We had maintenance scheduled but upon returning to our home our upstairs unit was not working. We called Blairs and they responded asap! Scott came over, diagnosed a slow leak, added refrigerant to hold us over, ordered the part and installed it within days. Scott is responsive, thorough and timely, Thank you Blair's and Scott!!!!

Having a baby that loves to run around, I have to make sure I keep the house cool, for the both of us! Blair's A/C came to the house promptly and got right to work on our A/C issue. Installed 2 new AC on a new home they had to come out multiple times to get it to work properly… Fast forward 5 months they needed to come back this time repairing a leaky coolant line… The technician told me that it was installed wrong🤯….and now 6 months later my AC is making a loud noise….so I called and asked them to fix it and was giving a list of reasons why they can’t….. I asked what about my warranty and was told it’s with the manufacture reach out to them…..then was told to call a different company.🤷🏽‍♂️….

I see people leave great reviews maybe the company is under now leadership or something…

Blair's Air is the must use in Tampa Bay. They showed up within 30 minutes of my initial call when my system broke and I was a new customer. They were able to get started installing a brand new system and duct work through my entire house within a few days. In an 1950s house it was not an easy task, the crew was very knowledgable, professional, and organized. Joe led the process and was fantastic to work with. Will never call anyone else for HVAC service!

Terrible service. We had them install our new air conditioning and we pay yearly for maintenance repair. Got home from vacation last week and our air is out. They did the repair so we only had no air for 24 hours or so but I get home Friday, 4th of July weekend and my air is not working again. They specialize in Installing and fixing I think it’s Dyken air conditioners and don’t have parts to fix it. We have been put on the back burner with all the business we do with them? We will have No AiR for 5-6 days. That is unacceptable and I would not recommend them to anyone. Happy Fourth Blair’s glad you have your air conditioning running.Stop screwing your customers over. I hear the new owner is terrible who I guess took over 2 years ago from what we were told. The new owner is terrible and I hope you call me to talk about this. 5 days with NO AIR is unacceptable!!!

My AC unit wasn’t keeping to temperature, so I called Blair’s. The service technician found I needed a part replaced, and was able to locate and install the part promptly. The service technician was very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I even saved 20% off of my part after joining their preferred customer service plan. I would highly recommend for all hvac needs!

Just had some new components installed by Blair's today. The service call person was both strategic and professional and the installers were fantastic. Installers arrived exactly on time, finished in 3 1/2hrs and left their site cleaner than when they arrived. As I move forward with AC work, Blair's will definitely be my choice.

This five star review is for Mike and Mike only - and I hope he sees it. We have a contract with Blair’s to check our AC every 6 months. In spite of this, our AC was running very erratically. We called to get a tech out. He said that we needed a new coil. It was expensive, and our unit is two years old. The part came in several weeks later (he added freon in the meantime), and the installation was a little troubling. It took a really long time, seemed confusing, and our house got really hot during our guests’ last day of staying with us. But, it got done. Six days later, we arrived home and our AC was out, again. We called and they sent the same tech out, and he worked on it for a couple of hours, saying it was a line issue (interesting, because we treat the line, and they check it every six months, but ok). Our neighbors saw him working, called us and warned us that when they had an issue, that tech had made things worse for them. Two days later, our air was out again. We called Blair, and they said they would send someone out. We asked for a different tech. An hour later, no one had contacted us, and our house was HOT. So I called back, and the receptionist flippantly said that it may be tomorrow since we called so late (we called as soon as we noticed the issue). I snapped at her (I know, unfair. But I was really hot, and so were my kids.) So they assured me that I would get service that day. The tech they sent us, Mike, communicated with us twice before he arrived. He showed up around 6:30 or 6:45, and worked until 8:40 that night. He took pictures of all the damage he found on his phone, and showed us. We were aghast. He said there is no way no one would have seen this. He did a ton of repairs (why a two year old unit was so damaged, I’ll never know. Maybe I’ll pop into New Legacy Homebuilders page next, lol). Anyway, he did a fantastic job and was very detailed and thorough. I am really hoping this one sticks. He seemed confident, and that gave me confidence. We’ll definitely be requesting him in the future.

Shout out to Mike at Blair's AC. I came home after working a 12 hr shift to my AC not working right. It was 88F in the house last night. I called multiple companies, but Blair's AC shined. Mike called me back within minutes and came out at 9:45 pm, got my AC running again and I was able to sleep in an air conditioned house. Blair's will be my future go to for my AC maintenance. Thank you Mike! He responded quickly, was very courteous and professional.

I've been a customer of Blair's Air Conditioning for about 20 years because they always exceed my expectations.

This morning, I noticed my AC had stopped cooling. I called the emergency number and had a call back in less than 10 minutes. A tech was at my home within an hour. The problem was that my unit had sprung a coolant leak. I was just a week out of warranty. They did the repair and replaced the coolant at no charge.

When you live in Florida with our ferocious July heat and humidity, you need quick, competent help if your AC stops working. They delivered that for me today. Thanks Blair's.

Quick note to say how pleased I am with the service from David at Blair's. He came last month on short notice to get my a/c running again, and then today to clean the coil. Both times he has been thorough, professional and helpful in answering questions. Highly recommended!
