I contacted Happy Air after encountering a problem with Cox Building Services. Vinnie detected a leak in my two-year old AC system. When he came out, he said he didn't want to charge me for a repair that was due to an installation error and suggested I contact the installer to resolve the bad weld causing the leak. I took his advice and received no help from Cox whatsoever. They insisted they did the work and it passed inspection. For the record, inspector's don't test for leaks. Yet, they'd be willing to fix it for a fee. Wouldn't that be foolish for me to do since it was a problem caused by them in the first place?

I contacted Vinnie and he invested five hours repairing the problem and installing power regulators to ensure my new units were protected from power surges and voltage fluctuations, which are common in Florida.

As many Floridians know, it's quite a challenge to find reputable, trustworthy, hard-working, quality AC contractors. Without a doubt, Happy Air is an AC contractor that I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about this phenomenal company. I found myself in an emergency situation on a Sunday night when our AC unit failed. My husband, a bedbound, disabled Army retiree who relies on oxygen, was struggling to breathe due to the heat. I called at least ten local companies advertising 24-hour emergency service, but not one could actually provide an appointment.

Thankfully, this company came through when we needed it most. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly compassionate and immediately understood the urgency of our situation. She made it a priority to get help to us as soon as possible. To my surprise, the owner himself came out personally and had our unit running again within just 40 minutes of arriving.

Their prompt response and genuine care for our well-being truly made a difference and likely saved us from having to call 911. I am beyond grateful for their outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication to their customers.

I will undoubtedly continue to use this company for all my future HVAC needs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, family, and clients. Their commitment to quality service and customer care is unmatched. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Vinnie and Joy are simply that, joy. They are our neighbors in Pinellas, but we were doing business with them before we knew that.

Recently, after our home got obliterated by Helene, our GC used a different A/C company to install a replacement system. We're immediately having problems with it and we called Vinnie and Joy in a pinch. Vinnie came out within a couple of hours of the call and with his usual integrity, explained what he thought was the problem and instead of trying to make a buck for himself and without being critical of others' work, explained exactly what I should explain to the GC/HVAC company that installed the system.
