A/C was not working after 630pm and when D&W was called they responded from their 2 offices. They verified that I had been contacted. The owner responded to the service request and was working on the A/C system within an hour of the initial call in the rain. Very satisfied with the speed of response, level of service, professionalism and staff collaboration to remedy the A/C problem. Excellent customer service!!

I called because my AC power was off. Randy the owner called me within 5 mins and took care of my me right away. My AC was back on with an hour of calling him. It’s great to know there are still solid people that do business in this world and he is one of them. Highly recommend this company. David

Very dependable company. I have been using them for my regular maintenance the past three years and have been very happy. This recent call was out of the maintenance cycle and am really hoping the work done will do the trick. Work was performed on July 26, 2024.

Seamless from start to finish! After having multiple HVAC companies evaluate my almost 11 year old system. D&W were the only specialists that did not suggest I gut my old system and start new. Others suggested moving returns, replacing ducts, bringing the handler down into the garage, or for me to consider ductless systems. Ugh! Doug explained in detail what should/could be done to have a more efficient system without having to change much, or costing a small fortune. The installers came on time, were knowledgeable, friendly and barely made any noise. I am extremely happy with this company!!! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you D&W, I am so very glad I found you!!

I can't say enough how pleased I am with D&W Heating & Air Conditioning. They have serviced my home in Tarpon Springs for multiple years and for the last 5 years they have serviced my AC in Palm Harbor. They are professional, courteous and neat. They explain what the problem is and what needs to be done to correct the problem. They also tell you the cost. I definitely recommend them.

Douglas M was my technician. He was so professional and knowledgeable. D & W Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was very prompt on their response and there was no delay on providing attention to this matter. When scheduling on the phone, Theresa was very kind and respectful. Douglas M. arrived on time and fixed the issue within minutes. He showed that he is a fantastic expert and kindness as well. Their services are greatly appreciated and if I have any other issues they will be the ones to do the job!! Thank you so much for your help and doing the job right and affordable.

Randee was on time and very accommodating. He got my AC up and running. Fixed my drip pipe so the lawn people don’t mess it up again when they blow the mulch. Very Thorough. Changed out my filter - since I don’t do ladders. Great job!!!!

Anthony was fantastic. He has so much experience and knowledge that you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. He is a real asset to your enterprise. I would request his knowhow in the future.

We moved to Florida recently and were concerned about air conditioning. The owners were so educational and informative and not pushy at all. Josh and Travis arrived on time , friendly and also explained everything. My new unit works beautifully and the installation was pain free! You would never know they were here and they cleaned up everything. We would recommend to everyone we know!

I was so pleased with the specialist. From getting a well informed estimate to the guys who installed my unit. They were so knowledgeable and so sweet and polite. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

They were professional from start to finish. The weekend answering service was very understanding. The office got in touch with me early and set up an appointment for the same day. Doug, out Technician, was great. Honest, analytical, and straight forward with me. Unfortunately, the problem went away before he arrived! He did everything he could to triage the issue and when unable to continue gave me good guidance on what to do to prevent the issue, and what to do if it returns. I will stay with D & W. Thank you!
