Honest and reliable services for getting home A/C fixed. They arrive on time, and have very knowledgeable and pleasant tech's. I'm a repeat customer, have used their services a few times. Always great doing business with them!

As advertised, these guys are the best. They have fixed my AC when broken twice now. The first time it was an issue with the condenser and the second time with the fan. On both occasions, they came out quickly, they diagnosed the problem correctly, and had me up and running in no time at a fair price.

They beat the competition by over $1,400 on installing a new AC system in my condo. They were also able to get it installed days earlier than the competition, so I didn't have to die from the July heat for very long. Highly recommended!

I HIGHLY recommend Best Services. Their name speaks for itself. Being from NYS I did not have a lot of faith in working with vendors and/or businesses in Florida for I have been witness to shady and dishonest workmanship and transactions. After speaking with Bill over the phone (from NYS) I was more than comfortable hiring his company to fix my daughter's AC unit. The AC stopped working and with six grandchildren living in the home, Bill sent Devin right away! He went up and beyond which you can't say for too many businesses in Florida. That's "Best Service" in the eyes of this grandmother. You can't go wrong with this company, trust me, I did my homework!

Honest, professional, caring, on time, they actually fix your ac, It’s so hard to find this standard in todays world. They don’t just fix your ac they actually care about what they’re doing. I'm really impressed with Best Services AC Repair. heat stopped working & they were able to come out & fix it the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable, and he found a burnt wire & fixed it right on the spot. He also checked the compressor & I was a little low on freon. He charged it up & now it's working better than ever. The price was very reasonable too.

I contacted Best for an A/C tune up.The tech called before he arrived. When we started talking about my A/C I told him about an issue that I had that just started. He informed his office and they went to work to determine the what the problem was. They called me and sent me an email quote. I chose what was best with me and they scheduled with me to get the tech back out. He arrived on time and got right to work replacing the motor in my air handler. Both techs were professional and friendly. I will continue to use their services going forward.

I called Best Services yesterday around 4:00 pm. I asked the nice lady if someone could please go to my brother in law’s house to check his AC. He has cancer and his house was 84 degrees. Best Services came the same afternoon. It turned out his thermostat was bad and they replaced it. Now, that’s a company that really cares!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have used them for years and have been an outstanding. I finally replaced my 24 yr old unit for a heat pump. Matthew and his crew were fantastic and worked hard. My unit was installed and works fantastic. Bill always gets back to you promptly with any questions you might have. Noreen and all the office staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall this an amazing company that cares and does professional and prompt work. If you need a new unit or an old unit that needs work don’t hesitate to use this company!

Absolutely wonderful working with this company. Their team is so friendly and honest let alone extremely professional. We had a leak in our copper pipe leading to our pool compressor. They repaired the leak and refilled the compressor the same day. we HIGHLY recommend Best Services.

Could not be happier with my new AC. Doug is absolutely awesome. Josh and Hunter did a great job installing my new unit inside outside and in the attic. I feel like I'm sleeping in an igloo! Great product, great price! I recommend them all day long.

Great service by a professional team. Provided an estimate for a ductless AC install then completed the job without a hitch. Very happy with the end product. The install team was conscientious of the home’s interior and left it spotless. All exterior work was exact and the compressor position with lines does not detract from the home’s appearance/curb appeal. Highly recommend.

ATTENTION IF U NEED TO TRUST THE COMPANY INSTALLING YOUR AC/HEAT UNIT!!:

I have an older home, built 1978. There have been some possible unforeseen issues that arose during the installation that might be totally unrelated. A pipe came through the ceiling during the tear out of the old pipes and duct work. D and W company said they would repair it. I have no reason to doubt their word and don't. Unfortunately it will be at least 2 wks before that can happen as their person is unavailable until then. My concern is the little cracks that have come up during the installation in my ceiling and on one wall. It doesn't seem to be a big deal. I don't know why it happened or if it should even be a concern. Again, it is an older home and ceiling. Doug, Dallas and even the installation crew have been very respectful of me and my home. They have done excellent work. I am very pleased with the decision on the unit installed, the duct work repaired/replaced and the redirected air vents placed in the ceiling. I am confident that this company is as honest as it is hard working. They truly want to do right by their customers. I plan to use this company for maintenance and any additional work that might need to be done. I truly appreciate their work ethics, effort and attitude that is so hard to find these days. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY NEW PROJECTS!!! Thankyou Dallas, Doug and crew for a job well done even with the unforeseen snags!
