Brian was great! He just came by to do a checkup and clean up of the unit as part of our install many months later. Nice added service, feels like we got our money's worth. He'll replace the filters for us too when it's time. Quality company.

Brian T. was a sweetheart of a tech! Besides sweet & polite, he was extremely patient explaining everything going on with our old AC unit & our choices for repairs or a replacement. He was wonderful relaying the same info to my husband over the phone as we made the commitment to replace our AC & duct work. Brian made us feel comfortably well informed & confident to go forward with the work. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Matt Niehoff from ACS was phenomenal! He saved my day from not having a/c for almost 24hrs! And in FL that's torture! Unlike other companies & techs that came out before, he was the most honest & helpful one of all! And now I can finally breath in my nice cool air.

Tony was very professional and completely knowledgeable at his job. He went way beyond it seemed and found things no other technician had done before. I felt that he truly cared and enjoyed his job. Dylan Miranda from ACS was a life saver. He came the day we arrived back home from evacuating from Helene to a AC not on. It was 90 degrees inside, bridges to us were still closed, but Dylan was persistent and got here and quickly got our AC up and running. It was late and I'm sure he was exhausted from the long day but he was as polite, took his time explaining everything to us and didn't leave till he knew everything was up and running. ACS has the best employees and I'm so happy that I found this company.

Tony was very thorough and professional. He explained every thing he was doing and made me aware of what was happening with the repair and cleaning. I really appreciate how each employee of ACS is so kind and helpful. Tony was no exception. He was on time and made the most efficient use of his time.

The company overall was great. I actually spoke to a live person at 9 am on Sunday and The company notified me when the tech was on his way Justin contacted me with what he found and my options to repair. He was very nice and seemed “happy” taking care of the customer which is hard to find. They are fixing the problem and also did another follow up. It’s amazing to find this quality of customer service today.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not have to ask about whether the prior owners had a warranty but he did and a name search revealed that they did. This saved us several hundred dollars. His actions have made us customers for life. Thank you for having and training such a good employee.

Luis was awesome. He is a friendly and considerate young man.
He assessed the problem providing both the short term resolution which gets us through until we can schedule the bigger rework to remove the problem.
I appreciate that he didn't upsell me, but did make sure i know all my options and the tradeoffs.
Very pleased that he helped me get the system to a stable level where i get adequate cooling for the next couple weeks until we can have the techs available with my schedule; as well as knowing what i have to do because of the flood damage.

Dylan was an all star - very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. ACS was able to come out the same day our unit broke when the heat was sweltering (the other company we had a contract with couldn’t make it for 2 days). He arrived late at night on a Friday & had the unit running with new part in less than 10 minutes. We are very happy customers & will use them again. Highly recommend!

Manny was excellent with his services. He made sure to explain everything he was checking. Manny was very detailed with providing information about the new AC that will be installed.
