Dylan our tech was very informative with his diagnosis and the company was great to have a technician come the same day even though i called at 5pm. Would definitely recommend dylan and his team to friends or use in the future !

We scheduled our AC maintenance and Scott was our technician. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant, professional to come and complete the work. Took his time and did a thorough inspection. He advised us on keeping our unit in tip top condition.
Every interaction I have had with this company has been first class. I reccomend them highly.

I have used ACS Home Services for the second time now and am very pleased with the service that I have received. Communication with Larry for scheduling my A/C maintenance was excellent and Dylan, my technician, was also fantastic. Professional and high quality service all around. The service they provided was very expensive and they appear to have charged me twice for the service call. I have repeatedly called them since and no one will get back to me to straighten out the overcharge. I would never use them again.

Mike came out to further diagnose our electrical issues. He was completely focused on the root cause and not just addressing the symptoms. After looking at multiple things, he asked if we could call Duke and have them do a load test…and you know what, he was EXACTLY correct! There was an issue at the transformer and Duke fixed it in 10 minutes. Absolutely blown away by the incredible people at ACS – genuine, honest, and focused on making their customers happy.

Larry was exceptional. He took the time and answered all of my questions walk me through how all the process works to be energy store rated and what we could do to bring my home up to speed.!

Travis did a very very good job. Seemed to be extremely interested in solving the problem. Knew his business well. Explained to me about the leak he found in the refrigerator’s ice making apparatus. Way knowledgeable. Happy, informative guy, explained to me that leak was inside the refrigerator and that he would not be able to
fix it. I’d guess he is a serious asset to your
Company. Only negative is, there was going to be a $69 service fee. Well worth it. But then we he called in, and I thought there was a mistake being made. He said that the company was wanting him to charge me $370.00. Said he really don’t have anything to do with it but if I called the office they would probably refund me $ back. He got here at 8:30 and left at 9:30. 1

go what I considered all the way looking for the leak. His persistence is one of Travis’ strong suit. So after talking to the office Larry told me that they would make out a report about that and you would get back with me by Friday. I asked Larry about labor charges. He said he really doesn’t have anything to do with that but that generally it’s $69 for a service call. Then if repair is made the $69 comes off the invoice. He wasn’t sure why I got charged $370.

Absolutely the best in the area; I have used them several times; their employees have always been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They are a class act. Reasonable, trustworthy and knowledgeable!

Our AC was blowing hot air. I called ACS at around 7:30am and had a tech here within 3hrs!! Our tech, Scott, was knowledgeable, kind, informative, quick, efficient, and professional. When he left I knew exactly what he had done for me and I ended up buying a membership to their company. I just know they will take care of my system year round and make sure my system is well maintained. This is a company I feel I can trust. Hopefully I will be able to write an update in the future to let u know how the company is long-term. As of right now, I am a happy customer with a freezing cold AC system. 😀

We thought we had a drainage problem, went online filled out information and thought they would be in touch with us the following day, but we received a call an hour later around 7pm and set us up with appointment for the next day.
Travis arrived was very professional and explained everything step by step. Was very impressed, gave us a couple of different options. Made us feel very comfortable and the quality of work was outstanding!!!!

Dylan was very very nice!! And very mannerly. He was also very good at explaining everything. And spent quite a bit of time doing the maintenance. He was just terrific!! I would recommend this company to everyone, oh did I mentioned they are so reasonable for the service they deliver!
