We called Beachfront Air on a Saturday and they came out within a couple of hours and diagnosed our non-working AC unit accurately. The two technicians were efficient and professional. One of them was in training and both were very respectful of keeping our house clean by using foot guards. Surprisingly, it was the thermostat causing the heat strips to come on in spite of it running in the cool mode. Roberto explained everything in detail and really knew his a way around the condenser and the electronics. He even tested both capacitors and the compressor after it was up and running. We were extremely happy in the price and efficiency of their work.
