Tech came out and within 5 minutes knew what my problem was and I had air conditioning within 15 minutes. Previous company wanted 4700. for a new air conditioner. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend to everyone.

Paulo DeMello is the man! I trust him implicitly. I have used him for a number of years on flip houses and my own home and I can tell you, you will not find a better man, let alone A/C man. He is honest and straightforward and he does excellent work. If there is a problem, he fixes it. I never have to worry about anything. It is hard to find someone like that these days. And we have found him to be reasonably priced as well.

Paulo arrived promptly, resolved the issue quickly and was very informative about how to maintain my AC unit. He practiced safe COVID protocols. He went above and beyond! You have gained a loyal customer.

Guys I've been using them for a long time. Aaron always
goes above and beyond. Tells you exactly what you need and that is it . Really gives a damn about the customer and making sure they are taken care of. I wouldn't use any body else! The most reasonable, honest, and goes that extra mile to take care of you.

Premium Services Air conditioning replaced our system 2 months ago and now our electric bill went from $350 to $170 a month. Paulo and Aaron did a great job, and left the house clean and explained how everything worked and how to maintain the system. We'll have them come once a year for maintenance just in case. We strongly recommend this company. Too bad for my friend that they don't service Tampa but if you are in Pinellas County and need an Ac repair, call them.

I have called on Premium Services MANY times and NEVER been disappointed! Paulo is very thorough in communicating what my AC at my condo that I was renting out needed. He was very careful to share with just me and give the tenants only the information they needed. Every time I have called him he has managed to get someone out to the condo quickly.

On several occasions when I called Paulo, he told me what to check first which saved me a service call! This last service call had me worried because I thought he might tell me that my old unit had seen it's last day. However, he fixed it and it was extremely reasonably priced to do so. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Same day service, quick call back, spotted the problems (2) quickly, and had us up and cooling within an hour of arriving. Paulo is very knowledgeable and courteous. After the repair he helped us map out options and made recommendations for what we should do next with our older AC unit. We recommend Paulo and Premium highly.

We just had Premium Services install a new A/C system. Paolo and his team were quick to arrive when we had a problem with our old model. They accurately diagnosed the problem, and gave options for keeping the old system running and for replacing (which would be more cost effective overall). We chose to replace. They quickly worked us in to their busy schedule as our unit was failing. All work installing the new model was done with care, efficiently, and on schedule. Removal of our old handler was tricky, and they performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend premium services.

Paulo was Great!! he was on time and let me review what he was doing so i knew how much Freon he was putting in. Honesty is key in the business and you cant get any more honest than him. He was very friendly and charged me almost half of what the other company quoted me. Thank you Premium Services!!! i will def. use this again!
