Very Professional and good at what they are doing! Installed with no hitches and the best price around where I live in SWfl. And I asked a lot of companies and they have the best quotes so far. I upgraded from 2.5 to 3 tons and it costed me only $3000!. You wont get any better price and professionalism than this. The warranty is very good too!

These guys are great. Unbelievable job differently recommend them all air conditioning needs. Alex,chris and special shout out to Kevin for doing a great job putting in complete system for me at a great price and warranty.

Totally impressed by these guys! Didn’t think anybody worked as hard as I do and actually cared about about customer service, but pleasantly surprised. Clean service vehicle, neat appearance, and listened to my concerns. Service beyond typical working hours / days, and trustworthy. Work was professionally done, cleaned up after themselves, and locked up upon leaving. This is the way it should be.
I am a contractor and would sub these guys out to friends of mine. Give them an opportunity to earn your business. I am glad I did!

UPDATE to original review: on June 29 Aire Solutions returned to complete the ductwork (original job date May 20). Job is now complete per contract. Took much longer than anticipated, but quality of work is acceptable.

Original review: Price was good, but service was poor. Installed units on initial visit, but were unable to compete the contracted job as Kevin stated he didn’t have the correct ductwork size (10” vs 8”). Stated they would return within 1 week to complete job. I took him for his word and paid the job in full. Turns out it was a mistake. Multiple communications over the following month were met with missed appointments and eventually contractor simply stopped responding, effectively bailing on contract without competing agreed upon work. The ductwork to my daughter’s room is still not completed (but is paid for) and her room is blistering hot.

I called Air Solutions looking for the company that installed my AC a couple years ago, This was my fourth attempt, The other three ending in "nope sorry you're not in our system" "Have a good day"! and even though that could have also been Kevin's response, he took it upon himself to ask me what the problem was and then proceeded to walk me through fixing my air conditioner myself and even following up with a phone call shortly after to make sure everything was a success. This involved me going into the attic unplugging the air handler and then vacuuming out a clog saving me hundreds of dollars! This kind of customer service is truly a rarity and certainly the kind of company anyone would want to work with!! Thank you again Kevin!!

We are extremely disappointed in Aire Solutions and warn others to STAY AWAY! Kevin Junior and his team installed a brand new air conditioner/heater unit in October 2020. It included a 5-year labor warranty. We turned on the heater 4 weeks ago due to the colder temperatures in Florida.We noticed immediately that the unit would not generate heat. We have texted and called many times over the past month. Kevin committed to being on site 5 times for the repair but failed to show up each rime. Buyer beware - - When you purchase from this company, they will not stand by their work.

It's one thing to be good at your job, but to earn a 5 star review, you must also be a good, fair, respectable person. Kevin and Alex are exactly this. They did everything they said they would and exactly when they said they would. My ac went out today. I called them at 4pm. They picked up a new unit for me and installed it by sundown. The price was so much better than everybody else, my family was suspicious. But now, we are all smiling and chilling. (pun intended) I highly recommend these guys, they are the kind of folks that restore my faith in humanity.

Kevin was prompt and very kind hearted towards the elderly individual. His price for a new system was very reasonable. He and his partner worked late into the night to provide them with much needed air conditioning. Edit: Sad to say their responsiveness to return to repair a mistake was poor.

Kevin and Alex of Aire Solutions did an outstanding job installing our Rheem Air Conditioning unit. Their professionalism, tenacity, courtesy, knowledge and "can do" attitude made it a pleasure to team up. They assured us the project would be completed "the same day" and it was achieved. Now we're enjoying cool air in often warm Florida thanks to Aire Solutions' dynamic duo!

Aire Solutions is very fast and responsive. Will put you on schedule and get the work done faster than anyone we’ve had experience with. Price is always inexpensive compared to other AC companies we’ve had come out to fix/replace our equipment.

Very good quality and value. They may not be most punctual but once they show up the service is top notch. They are super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They installed a 5 ton heating pump and air handler at a cost that was absolutely the best in town. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Kevin and his crew did an amazing job installing a new 5 ton 16 seer Amana AC unit at my house. They removed the existing 17 year old Bryant system that had seen better days. I could not be more happy with the quality of install, overall products (additional UV lights/intake in house/etc.) and price was very competitive. I would highly recommend this company (already have several times) and continue to use them in the future.

Kevin is great! I was so happy to find someone to service our condo AC unit in such short notice! They are responsive, thorough and very helpful. He explained exactly what the problem was and what he would be doing to fix it. Will definitely be using their services again! Highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible. My HVAC system failed that they installed in one year. They came out, claimed system was fine and I needed to replace the copper cooling line between the outside condenser and the inside air handler. Offered a 12% discount for cash, so since I had done business before I opted for cash. BIG MISTAKE! After install it lasted 24 hours. Took most of a day and Kevin returned, said they’d bumped into the filling valve and refilled the system. Lasted 24 hours. Said he’d be out the following evening- that’s 4 days ago! Won’t answer phone, no text response. It’s August in Cape Coral. I spoke with another AC company- the 15 -20 minute test they ran to see if both units held Freon was nowhere near long enough. So they run off with your money (I should have paid more, put it on a card and then canceled payment) and hide by not responding to your calls/texts. Protect yourselves!!!!

As owner of several rental properties, I've dealt with numerous A/C companies. My search is over since I found Aire solutions. Not only was their price extremely fair, their work was outstanding! They weren't finished until everything was done perfectly. Kevin and crew were meticulous and polite from introduction to clean up! I look forward to working with them for a long time. Aire Solutions is the best I've worked with.

Our old AC broke for weeks, we've called different AC companies and they said they'll come and never show up. So we called Aire Solutions on Friday and speak to Kevin and he was able to estimate the cost to replace the unit over the phone. They said they'll come tomorrow to replace the unit. Kevin texted me in the next morning updating me where they are and when they'll show up. They showed up on time and replaced the 4ton AC unit within hours. Both Kevin and Alex were very nice and professional. They were very responsible and cleaned up after they completed the job. Thank you Kevin and Alex for replacing our AC unit so quickly. I highly recommend them.

I would like to thank Aire Solutions for a great experience purchasing a heat pump. We are snow birds and not in Florida full time . Our neighbor takes care of our house while we aren’t there. He let me know our AC wasn’t working the unit was original to the house 14yrs old. We decided we were going to get a new unit. Being 700 miles away I had to do everything over the phone or online. I got 5 estimates talked to 5 different HVAC companies. Once I spoke to Kevin he was knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t start trying to do a hard sale or sale me things we didn’t really need. The price was very competitive no extra charges. When Kevin and his partner came to install Kevin kept me updated on the progress with photos from the beginning until completion. My neighbor informed me of something Kevin did above and beyond. When he installed the new thermostat he painted around it so you couldn’t tell it had been replaced. When the job was done everything was cleaned up. While I wasn’t there my neighbor told me how nice Kevin and his partner was and the little things they did to do a good job. If you need repair or a new HVAC unit I recommend Kevin and Aire Solutions.

We hired this company for a complete new Central AC system and installation of mini split systems for an addition.

I can’t say enough good things for this company. They’ll work around your schedule. They’ll make sure the job is done right the first time and correct other issues they encounter along the way.

They are very Communicative, very responsible, very punctual. But above all, they are very clean, and that’s where their professionalism shine.

The price is very modest in comparison with other big companies.

I have other projects lined up and definitely will contact them again for the AC/heat part.

Lowering review to two stars, the contact person either lied multiple times about coming to fix the AC or has Final Destination Level of Bad Luck since something happened every single day and couldn’t make it to the service location. I left it at 2 because I really liked the work they did and the price.

To management: it’s better not to offer a labor guarantee, if you’re not gonna honor it. Too bad that it went down like this since We were ready to install two new central AC units that we needed in nearby locations.

Excellent service from professionals, the installation was smooth and a few hours later a new unit up and operating. Joyners is and has been our go to for any ac servicing. Highly recommended.
