Had a new Trane system installed in Aug 2022. I can’t say enough about the system or the techs that installed it. The job was completed in 4 hours. The 2 techs showed up on time, were very courteous and didn’t leave a speck of dirt anywhere. The quote I was given was exactly the price on the finished product. The system is working great and I noticed a decrease in my electrical bill. GREAT JOB to all involved. I would highly recommend Jack Joyner Heating and Air Conditioning.

I highly recommend this company. I had 2 issues within the span of a week. (Unrelated and I was the cause of the 2nd issue) Both techs Tom and John T were professional and did not waste anytime completing the job. The 2nd service call they easily could have said they needed to replace the part. Instead they repaired it and saved me alot of money. They operate with integrity and are one of the most reasonably priced a/c companies I have ever hired.They are only a/c company I will call.

We have used them for our yearly maintenance on our generac and they have always been good, however during this horrific hurricane season our generac thought it would be awesome to spit oil all over and shut down. Robert came out to help us. Then sent out a technician the following day to repair and he also came to make sure we were ok. And then he came bk tht evening to follow up! The kindness and consideration given was so very much appreciated and needed.

I had a standby natural gas generator installed by. JACK JOYNER, great service from 1st point of contact until completion. I did have a choice of installation companies, I chose Jack Joyner because they are a local family business that has been here for years and has a great reputation . I know they will be here for the annual service and will keep my unit running properly. The installation involved many different steps and contractors. All were very well coordinated, and said they had been working with Jack Joyner for many years. I have recommended this local company to others without any hesitation and complete confidence they will always be here and do an awesome job.

Tried calling for days to only get a recording from Kim stating to leave message, clearly they screen all calls and only speak to who they want, being I’m only 1 mile from there business I drove over to setup a ac and generator service, spoke to Kim she took my info told me they would contact me either on 16th or 18th of April, clearly they pick and choose who they will service cause I never received a call from dear Kim to sch a time.
Do your self a favor and steer clear of a company who screens calls. If you didn’t want my money just be honest and let me know. I wouldn’t call them to change an air filter.

This company installed a smart thermostat for me. It is still under warranty but they will not call me back. We have no heat and yet they will not call back nor do they answer their phone during business hours. Their service in the past has been terrible. I would not recommend this company.

I am amending this review. The service manager called us back and is willing to work with us on the warranty item.

First of all do not use this company, they take advantage of older single woman. I had a new air conditioner installed by them one year 8 months ago. I had to call them because water was saturated the filter. Technician said I was 2 lbs short of Freon they charged me $245 for service call and Freon. They came back week later rechecked unit now stating I had a severe leak in unit and coil would have to be replaced. Now they want to charge me $1230.00 labor for replacing new coil and putting new Freon and not recovering old Freon their warranty is only 30 days other companies guaranteed work for a year. Other companies I checked with charge only $600 to $800 .BE WARE of this company, also after the unit was installed the next day it stopped working and they had to come back again to get it working again. I don’t know if their technicians are incompetent or not.

We were in the market for a whole generator. We got 3 bids regarding a generac generator. Jack Joyner was the best. Everyone we delt with from start to finish was very professional. We couldn't be more pleased.
We also used them for new duct work insulation. They were cheaper than our regular A/C company. When the city inspector came out, he said who ever replaced my ducts did a great job. I told him it was Jack Joyner and he said that they always do good work.
I would highly recommend them.

Showed up as scheduled. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. No high pressure sales got me fixed and ups and running at a fair price. Will use again.

We live out of town and chose this company to do a generator install for our parents. We could not be more pleased. Their help, patience, and constant communication were outstanding. They arrived when they said they would and fulfilled every promise that they made to us through the process. It was a refreshing change to work with such a professional and kind company. I would highly recommend them and wish I could give them higher than five stars.

We’ve used Jack Joyner for our AC and when our Generex Generator reached its useful life and we reached out to Generac nationally we learned JJ was a dealer as well and quickly chose them for our vendor on the new Gen. Their team knows the business well. The owner has the same Gen we have and knew what we needed. This is a product you need to plan for in Fla with our Hurricane season. They are busy.

Jack Joyner AC has been taking care of our home and business units since 1977. Service technicians are always knowledgeable and fix what is only necessary. The most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. Always recommend them to our friends and customers.

Called around 1 pm and they were here by 4!! Mike was amazing and had my a/c up and running again in under an hour! The staff from the office to the tech are friendly knowledgeable and know their stuff. Whether a first time customer(like myself) or a longtime customer (like the three who referred me) you are treated as top priority. When we get ready to upgrade our hvac they will be our only call.

This is a great family owned and operated business. It’s been serving central Florida for many years commercial and residential. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They’re the best.

Jack Joyner is a very responsible company. I have no complaints about the people or the work. Amerigas my gas company on the other hand was miserable to work with. Jack Joyner tried helping with their permitting but they would have nothing to do with outside help. Jack Joyner has a very good after the sale service reputation. If you have gas service the permitting and installation should go smoothly. The only time lag will be getting the permits required to do the installation. I would use Jack Joyner again.

Our existing Carrier Unit was about to go out of service. Jack Joyner gave us an excellent price on a Trane unit. They were able to get it to us in a matter of days. The installation was quickly and professionally. I have been comparing our current electric bills to same month the previous year and they are down significantly. I believe the Trane unit is very efficient.

George the technician was top notch. George was able to diagnose and repair a wiring issue with ease. The previous company was not able to fix and recommend a new ac system. George with Jack Joyner found and fixed the issue. Top quality technician that are honest. Recommend Jack Joyner.
