January 2024 - Quick response time and awesome service! Spoke to Allie who was able to set up an appointment for me the next day. Rodney arrived early and was able to service my unit in less than an hour! This service also included changing out the A/C capacitor in the outside unit. Thank you so much!!

February 2025 - they sent me a reminder post card about regular maintenance of my A/C. I had a different tech this time, but still got great service. Thanks again!

From the salesman Jason to the techs that were able to get the old unit running after I was told by another company it Wouk never run again. Air west is one of the most reliable honest companies that you will want to do business with. Not to mention there pricing was actually better than most. This company gets an A+. New A/C installed, great price, quick work, installation technicians were polite, curious, and knowledgeable. They even CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, which, if you have ever had any contractors out, they usually leave a mess. Jason was with us through the whole project and was extremely helpful getting us accurate information in a timely manner. When it is summer in Florida and your A/C is out, you know how important that is. I would highly encourage anyone to call this company and give them your business.

We have been a customer of Air West for 20 years. They have always been very responsive for any needed issues. It was time to replace one of our units. Jason was out the next day to evaluate the needed equipment and discuss the upgrades I wanted. They were able to procure all the needed equipment quickly, and within 2 days, the crew was onsite; and the unit was changed out and up and running. The installation was efficient and seamless. I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! After being blown off or taken advantage of by 3 other companies, I was referred to Air West and am now a customer for life. Every single person we dealt with - from the ladies in the office, the technician Rodney, our Project Manager Jason, and the installation team led by Nick - our experience was top notch! You could tell their goal is to provide the highest level of customer service and they delivered. As much as we didn’t want to pay for a new unit, they weren’t pushy at all and did everything they could to ensure we had cool air ASAP. Their prices are also very fair!

I received quotes from several different companies and Air west had the best price for the product I was looking for. Everything was done in a timely fashion and done right. From the Electrical work to the metal work everything was done professionally. The installers were excellent and even went to the shop to extend my dryer vent pipe. Great experience, and now my house feels much more comfortable and I can tell the new system works less. This is the AC company you want!!

Kyle, Matt and team were very professional. My quote was very competitive...lowest, in fact. The owner came out and explained his solution to re-working existing ductwork and he was extremely knowledgeable. They completed all work when promised. I was quite impressed when after calling KYLE and explaining our situation, he was able to have a new air conditioning unit installed in our condo in Largo within 3 days! That included arranging for a crane to get the compressor on the roof of the building and arranging everything with the condo community.
