If you have ANY A/C issues please please please call up Happy wife Heating and A/C they are so phenomenal from the people to their outstanding service. Within 48hrs of finding out my Home wasn't staying cool they came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately! They even went far and beyond and gave us a new thermostat to better suite our needs. I will absolutely be working with Happy wife moving forward!

Our AC stopped working and they responded quickly with a repair man arriving at 9:30 pm. Within an hour they had our ac working again, working quickly and checking every detail. They were an excellent choice and worthy of their top notch rating. Thank you very much!

Happy Wife was hired to replace the ducts in my house that has a very small attic and did a fantastic job. This project was not an easy one and there were a few hiccups along the way, some on their side and some on my side. But Happy Wife was very professional, kept in contact and updated us throughout the duration of the project.
I’m will be using Happy Wife with any future projects and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The technician who had over 20 years experience came out and had my AC running perfect within an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of everything he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Bryan & Damien were on time, professional, communicated effectively from start to finish and cleaned up behind them. They did my annual maintenance on our AC system and cleaned the blower because we had mold. They suggested we install a blue light to prevent future mold growth, and they came back a couple of days later to install. They took pictures of everything they did before & after and emailed me a report. I highly recommend Happy wife AC & heating and will be using them for all my future AC & heating needs.

Our Ac broke after running heat for a few days and Bryan was able to figure out the issue at great peril to himself in my tight, dusty and dangerous attic! We had some wires melt and he was able to replace them at a fair price and I have also hired for regular maintenance. He would not give up until the problem was found and I respect his tenacity working up there in the attic with very uncomfortable conditions. He showed up after hours and early in the morning very prompt and courteous.

Called on a Thursday just before lunch and spoke with Bryan, asking for Friday morning AC service call. Was able to accomodate me whereas the company who installed my system could not and the service call fee, which is credited toward the cost of any repairs, was much less as well. Kevin was the service tech who was very deligent and considerate, and knows his stuff. He found the issue very quickly, replaced the part and had the AC up and running quickly. Cost was very reasonable for the work. I have found my HVAC go-to company for future issues and highly recommend them.

My AC was dying and I reached out to a few companies for quotes on repair/replacement. The guys from Happy Wife were awesome. They gave me detailed estimates for all my options. I did my own research and found they were spot on with everything they told me. So nice to find honest and trustworthy people. I love my new AC!

It was great dealing with Bryan and Happy Wife AC. My AC decided it wanted break down in mid-June,I figured no one would be able to come out for a long time. I reached based on reviews on Thumbtack and Bryan contacted me quickly and wanted to come out that night! He may be 24/7, but I am not…so he insisted on coming out the next day- Sunday. I ended up needing a new condenser and he was able to get the unit to run until the part came in and it was quickly installed when it was in by Kevin. So pleased by their service and happy to have an AC guy!!

My AC unit was in need of maintenance and repair and Bryan and his team delivered over and beyond my expectation. Not only did they come out and repair the issue but provided knowledge around what was being done so I was in the know. He was very honest and came to my home same day. The price was fair and I would certainly be utilizing this company for any of my future AC maintenance and repair needs!

I can’t thank this company enough. I’m currently expecting my second child and have a little one at home and the lack of cool air made us all miserable. Our home warranty wanted us to wait 6 days for service, which is unacceptable.

Happy Wife reached out to me immediately upon putting in a request and were able to get us booked for next day service. The servicing of our unit was efficient and done with so much care. They detected minor issues within our unit that larger companies failed to see and remedy.

Our home is cooling down now, the unit is super quiet and the cost was within industry standards. We will be using them going forward for all of our A/C and heating needs. Highly recommend them, especially if you need fast service.

Put a deposit on a unit and never called me back. Phone is off would avoid at all cost. This is sad I’ve used this company for years and then he does this. Stay away

I have a super old AC unit and wiring, can’t believe how fast he was able to figure everything out and my new smart thermostat by Ecobee installed.
Also price is very reasonable and booking process very convenient, showed up on time, friendly and overall good vibes.

I’ve dealt with several companies that barely responded to messages and when they did they quoted something really outrages. So do not hesitate to book happy wife , he’s the best literally !

Paid him $1000 ahead of time to buy and replace a blower and he went ghost. He removed his profile from thumbtack as well. Buyer beware!!!

Do not use this company! I can't stress enough why not to use Bryan. He installed 2 brand new Lennox air-conditioners for me last year (May 24)&(June24). Neither has worked since February 2025. He doesn't follow through with his own 2yr warranty. He blames Lennox ac. I had to purchase portable units. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company.. Update.....November 20, 2025 Still no air-conditioning on both units. 8 months and counting! Thanks again Bryan!

Built A 4000 SQ Ft. Custom Home, Had Bryan Purefoy (Owner Of The Company) Qualifier Of This Company Is Todd A Britton, He Also Holds A License For Allen Michael At Artic A/C & Heating LLC.
A/C Passed Inspection But After Moving In, The Ceiling Fell In While My Son Was Sleeping. I Called Bryan Purefoy, He Stated The A/C Is Out Of Warranty Which Shouldn’t Be As They Finally Passed The A/C Inspection After 3 Attempts, Which Would Give 9 Months. I Went Ahead & Gave Bryan Purefoy $450.00 To Fix As I Just Wanted It Fixed But After He Stopped It From Leaking, He Disappeared & Will Not Call Me Back. I Am Now Preparing A Complaint Against Happy Wife A/C & Heating LC & License Holder As They Are Responsible For The Damages. The Plenum That Leaked Is Warped & A Duct Wasn’t Hooked Up & Blowing Air In The Attic, Like Who Does This & How Did This Pass Inspection.

We had been using Bryan in the past and we had him install a new system last year. I went to his website back in September to set up an appointment for our yearly maintenance, day of the appointment he never showed up. I tried to call him several times the day of appointment, no answer. I tried several times the next couple days, no answer. I used his AI support, that said he would call back in an hour, never did. Bryan finally called me back several days later and told me his online appointment system doesn’t work, ask then why have it. He told me he would could come out the following week, he never showed up. About a month passed and we tried calling again using the AI system, never called back. Out of the blue Bryan called us several weeks later and said he was on the way over and he would be there shortly, he never showed up and guess what, when we called him that day he never answered. Waste of time, we called another company that same day and they are scheduled ( hopefully) to come over next week. Not a very good business model.

January 2026 Update-Adding some more information, with our recent cold weather tried to turn the heat on for the first time since the new system was installed (didn’t need it last year) but we weren’t getting any heat. Called another AC company to come out and take a look at it, was advised during installation Bryon never connected the heating wire to the thermostat. Thanks Bryon for another $150 bill. Do not use this company!
