Chris came out today to diagnosis my Electric pool heater, quickly diagnose the issue, was honest thorough and helped me get the parts needed for the warranty repair. He’s also a great, trustworthy guy. Difficult to find this kind of service in Florida

Chris came out to take a look at our pool heater. Turns out it was 2 bad Capacitors. Chris was able to contact the manufacturer directly and find out that the parts are still under warranty. Good guy. Very happy with the outcome and the extra effort to ensure we were a covered under warranty.

Our AC broke down and I was shopping around and was recommended to Carr. Kevin and his team were excellent through the whole process. The installation went really well. Israel and the other two that were on site for the installation were very friendly and thorough. The office manager/receptionist also helped with getting my rebate completed for duke energy. I would recommend Carr to anyone looking for repairs or a new installation.

After using several local HVAC companies throughout the years we finally found quality, dependable service with Carr Air Conditioning & Heating. They just expertly installed a new system for us last week. They showed up as scheduled and their installation team was courteous and clearly new what they were doing. Plus, we found their prices to be very fair. I don't write many reviews, but I know the struggle to find good service companies, so I hope this helps others in their research!

I'm a Retired Florida License A/c contractor and have been in the air conditioning business for 45 years. At this point I did not want to change out my System due to a injury. I decided to get several (7) estimates from others. Five of the contractors I told to leave my property since they were trying to sell me other items that were not needed for the job in question. I feel sorry for those who fall into this trap by thieves who want to make a lot of money from innocent people. I called Carr a/c and Keven came to my place. He sold me exactly what I wanted without adding extra Unnecessary items to the Estimate and to mention he was the cheapest from everyone else. I highly recommend Carr A/C to anyone. Called on a referral to have tech come out to repair our pool heater. Received a timely appointment, Chris showed up on time diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running timely and at a fair price! Chris from Carr AC came out to my home today to look at my pool heater. I have been in the trades for 32 years and even though I knew what the issue was I didn’t want to void any warranty by repairing the heater myself. Chris was thoroughly knowledgeable, more than capable and very friendly and professional. My needs were met in a timely manner and I was back to work in no time. Would absolutely recommend Chris and his services if you are in need.

Great, honest company. I called around 5pm on a Wednesday and Chris showed up at 10am the next morning. He fixed the issue while walking me through step by step. He was up front about pricing and didn’t try to push additional sales like some others (red cap/hales). Carr had done a duct replacement for me about a year ago which was also a pleasant experience and decently priced. I’ll be calling them for all future AC needs.

I know that a lot of the people reading this review were probably affected by Hurricane Helen. We were impacted as we lost everything inside of our home, but the only thing that was working after the flooding were our air conditioning units! Our contractor Sommer Construction recommended Carr Air Conditioning & Heating to do some duct work with our renovations. Kevin from Carr A/C came out to our home to look at our remodel and return and supply system and recommended the best design. His team was always on time and even though we were in a remodeling construction zone, his team always did amazing work and cleaned the site up. During the process we decided to do an equipment exchange and upgrade our units to a/c and heat. I called multiple companies for estimates and although Carr A/C was not the lowest quote we chose them because of the quality of their work and the employees that serviced our home. We had the two units exchanged and the experience was definitely 5 star! We had the units done on two separate days and the team worked so well together, and we are enjoying the cool a/c!
