Travis did an AMAZING job on our maintenance really taking the time to check everything and explain everything in detail to me.

Really awesome service! AC stopped working and I called in the morning. Dispatcher Alex was very helpful and immediately scheduled for same day service. Tech was there in a couple hours. Found the problem quickly, fixed it and did some needed maintenance as well. Kristopher Durbin was the technician, he was really the best! Very professional and friendly. Explained things so I could understand. Fair price. Very happy with service. Highly recommend!

Poulin cooling is our go-to company for everything that has to do with our A/C. They are knowledgeable, organized, professional and super friendly. The receptionist, Alex, is very pleasant and great to deal with. Chris, the service tech is great and very knowledgeable. He recommended the right systems for our needs, Sheldon and Jimmy were great at installing our system - they left the place very clean after they were done which I appreciate very much.

I have had two experiences with Poulin, and both were very positive. Last year our air conditioner stopped working after hurricane Helene. Poulin was the second business I called, and we were so happy they were able to help within a few hours. I decided to sign up for their twice a year visit. We just had visit #1 and it was very thorough and reasonably priced.

Travis came out to measure for a quote for mini split— he was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to having the installation done soon!

Austin Hughes was the service technician that came out on an after-hours call. He was extremely helpful and professional he took time to explain to me in layman terms where I could understand what the problem was and what he did to fix it. I cannot recommend this company enough they were reasonably priced very professional and again took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me pictures of the work before and after I Am So Satisfied with this company!!

They repaired our display fridge at Sunshine Joe’s Coffee Shop quickly and got it back to perfect working condition. We recently discovered shoddy ductwork from an unknown contractor 4 1/2 years after buying our home in Clearwater Beach. It wasn’t suspended in most places, draped over trusses, lying on top of each other, causing extreme condensation which saturated the insulation, created mold, & partly filled some ducts with water. My frantic call to Poulin Cooling began with a sympathetic Kevin Murphy, Operations Director. He provided me with a plan and walked me through the entire process. Poulin has experienced and professional employees. We were extremely pleased with Sheldon and Taufiq, who showed up on time, explained everything that was being done, took photographs to show me, and worked efficiently to repair and replace the ductwork, adding a dehumidifier, and recommending ventilation for our attic which basically had none. It was an involved and unpleasant project, but made so much better working with Poulin Cooling. Highly recommend!

Ok, folks...I normally don't write reviews but I felt very compelled to do this one.
I have been using their services for a couple of years. How did I find them...I got a postcard in the mail with a nice picture of their family. I'm a sucker for that stuff. HaHA.
A long story short... they came out a second time after a first service call to fix (not their fault) an issue with the drainage line. I fully expected to pay for it but tech said "no charge since we were here last month"
Music to my ears.

Poulin Cooling that's exactly what my mobile home is doing after Jeff and Austin left today. This company is definitely a 5 star operation in my book. I had new duct work done under my mobile home. It was a very very tight squeeze but these guys made all the magic happen today. They really went above and beyond. I have never had such good service and I really mean that. My home was cooled down and reached temperature at least 3 hours sooner than Austin had told me it would take. I highly recommend Poulin Cooling. Austin and Jeff I really do appreciate all you guys did for me. If you are looking for awesome service this company is a fantastic choice. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. Travis and Carson were knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything clearly and did a great job with my HVAC system and installed a UV light.

They always go above and beyond and send good people who are nice able to do the job and can explain things thoroughly to me.

Henry did an excellent job getting my mini split cleaned up and working like new. It had been making funny sounds, dripping water, and dropping weird dirt clumps.

He was extremely efficient in the cleaning job, checked the drain line (it was okay), and seriously made the unit look like new. He also kept the mess contained that was coming out of the unit while he cleaned it.

Super happy with the work that was done. 10 out of 10!
