If you are stuck trying to find an honest, affordable, AC company, then Poulin is your answer. We found them through trial and error with other AC companies. We were desperate for a repair and they were our answer. Their quote was over one thousand dollars cheaper than a competitor (Hoffman) and the process was so much easier. They are also far more professional. I cannot recommend Poulin enough!

Eric was our AC guy and he was kind, courteous, and polite as well as super thorough with his AC inspection. He knows his stuff!!! I welcome him back Anytime!!

Called Poulin Cooling AC/Heating and Refrigeration for my AC. Chris showed up in 15 minutes awesome response time. Chris diagnosed the problem with in 10 minutes and gave me a reasonable quote. Chris also showed me my capacitor was on the way out and I said replace it, awesome response time, awesome price awesome workmanship from Chris, I highly recommended this company. 5 Star :-)

My foyer s ceiling stains continued despite adding a New Roof last year. The Association sent over maintenance late afternoon on 10/2/2025, however, once they cut open foyer ceiling, they found a BIG A/C problem they could not handle. It was now close to 4:15 pm. Covering the hole they cut to removed the soaked drywall with a black plastic bag stapled to the foyer ceiling. They left at around 4:30 pm expecting to return next week once the A/C was repaired.
The various A/C companies were ending off for the day, and even on an emergency basis would not arrive today. L:uckily I contacted my go to Contractors, HomeLove Construction they recommended Poulin Cooling A/C. Poulin immediately dispatched an HVAC technician named Eric to service my A/C tonight.
Poulin wasted no time to give speed of service. Eric arrived after his last service call around 6:30 pm. Systematically and precisely he checked the A/C unit on the roof, sealed and sleeved and re sleeved copper pipes, opened drainage to the air handler as well as taking care of the problem he was called for.
He definitely gave service in abundance which seems to be a policy of Poulin.
Part of his effectiveness was the care factor he exhibited. He also checked the attic area for varmints, critters and bugs. He covered the foyer ceiling hole and cleaned the floor.
By 7:45pm the problem was COMPLETELY and satisfactorily solved. His skill very well might have handled the exorbitant electric bills for the last months.
Cost effective, speed, responsible, he tackled each task as if it were his own place. I thank Poulin Cooling for the service, and dispatching this fine technician.

Poulin serviceman, Carson, was prompt and courteous. Explained what he was going to do and did it. Performed regular maintenance on AC system installed in mid 2024. He made some recommendations regarding keeping the drain line clean and clear.

We called about 4 different HVAC companies and asked them to inspect our 17 year-old unit that was not working anymore. We ended up choosing to use poulin cooling because they recommended high-quality parts and did not try to use scare tactics or misleading information to get us to buy a new system. They also did not try to sell us their most expensive model. We ended up getting their Lead Install Technician, Jeff, who worked faster than grease lightning. Our entire home went from not being able to go below 76° on hot days to feeling like a walk-in refrigerator. Definitely recommend these guys for the peace of mind and confidence in the product and quality of work done.
