Poulin has been my go to HVAC company since Marcus Poulin was a one man company. I always receive excellent service at a fair price and the service technicians like Austin Hughes always ensure I understand the issue being addressed. Great service. Great price. Great team.

Dealing with Travis from Poulin Cooling was a breath of fresh air. I have been burned by many HVAC companies in the past doing some subpar repairs and not providing any data to back up their services. Not only did Travis and Poulin provide me with multiple quotes and suggestions, once they worked on my unit, they provided the data and pictures to show me how the work was completed. Not only that, but Travis noticed an issue with my plumbing while he was there and helped me fix it! Where do you find that service these days? Honesty, transparency, and timely service are the reasons why I will be continuing using Poulin Cooling.

Poulin Cooling A/C is an exceptional organization. What makes an organizational exceptional is its people and Poulin has some of the best. I've spent over 40 years in the commercial construction industry and have had the privilege of knowing some of the best technicians in the business. Recently had some work done by Poulin and their Lead Service Technician, Carson Phillips and his helper Tyler. These men were superior in every aspect. They were very knowledgeable, well trained and delivered an excellent work product. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work and cleaned up without asking. Both Carson & Tyler represented Poulin Cooling the way every manager and owner wants them to. The owner, Marcus Poulin is very lucky to have these two men representing his company.

Had trouble with the AC. Called and spoke to a woman named Alex. She saw I was knowledgeable but in a bind. She sent Carson out within 2 hours. They were both great. He was an expert technician and he saw I'm an HHS electrical inspector. After 45 minutes everything was working and safe. I've been in Construction and Property Management all my life and these guys are as good as they come. They left me with a long term plan, and sent me a quote for a new unit when needed. Highly recommended.

I have been using Poulin for a few years now and have been very happy with their service. We were assigned a new to us service technician, Travis, to conduct routine maintenance at our home and a rental property. Travis was extremely thorough, explained everything to us clearly, and was able to get us in next day to replace a part. We have had A LOT of contractors in our home over the last 18 months and I would put Travis at the top in terms of professionalism and competence.

Great company to work with. We use them for all of the properties we manage. Over the years we’ve used several different AC companies in Pinellas County, and once we found Poulin Cooling, we’ve only used them (about 2 years now). From commercial to residential properties, they’ve been able to repair or install anything we’ve needed. And, most importantly, when they fix or install something, it actually works and stays working. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. I’d recommend Poulin Cooling to anyone needing HVAC service or new systems.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS #Air Conditioning Repair, #Clearwater Air Care Heating and Cooling sent an unlicensed contractor to my house - (he was wearing their uniform and driving their air car van) he double charged me then when I questioned ACHC I was told "I" hired the unlicensed contractor ... and sorry they can't help me!!

This company was horrible on the phone after I asked for a refund when the 3 technicians they sent out didn’t fix the real problem of a clogged drain and broken pipe. They only re-wired the thermostat. I am disgusted to know illegitimate companies like this one exist who don’t know what customer service is.
