Great team very knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with the final result. Only slight negative was some misalignment/miscommunication between agreed upon install location and final finished install location.

Jack Joyner replaced a worn out generator at our home that they had originally installed 17 years prior. Because the electrical infrastructure was already in place, we were able to get an excellent price on the generator and installation. Through the years, we strayed from Jack Joyner only once for a repair and quickly realized our mistake. Ttustworthy and reliable.

This company is wonderful - they installed an emergency generator, which we very much wanted. And are very excited to have it. The company has been in business a long time and their people are experts for sure. Most impressive to me was that every time I sent a text I got an answer - response without delay, and that put me at ease and shows they care - Christian and the crew rock !! Anyone using them will be truly satisfied.

I would give this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Over the last 20 years I have used over 8 different AC companies to fix a chronic moisture issue we had with our AC unit on the second floor. Jeff from Jack Joyner was recommended by my original builder to assess the issue. The last bid I received to fix the issue was 15-25 K. Jeff came , devised a through plan and Actually identified the “REAL” problem. The repairs have been made , he reprogrammed the AC unit to reflect current conditions and our home is moisture free! The cost was 1/10 of the last bid. Jeff is brilliant ( no I’m not related) and this company is the first AC company I have used that does not pay their employees on bonuses generated from upsales . They are truly honest and can be trusted. I understand this comes from the owners values and it’s refreshing to know that companies like this still exists . Karin Palm Harbor, FL

I used this company for generator service for the last few years. They had always been wonderful and professional. Last time I needed a new battery. They serviced the generator and changed the battery. Electricity went out and generator didn’t kick on. Says no charge to ac. Called them numerous times. Finally get a call 3days later and they think I want a new generator setup. I explain again what’s going on again ( had left info with answering service twice and on their vm twice.) I tell them I believe something didn’t get hooked up when they replaced the battery. They said no that couldn’t be it. Said I still need it serviced so it works. Was told they would call the next day. It’s been over a week and nothing. No call. I don’t know what has happened with them but there is no excuse for this type of treatment. I really think they messed up and just don’t want to deal with it. So dissappointed.

We have used Jack Joyner twice over many years for complete heating and A/C system installations. They also completely replaced our old ductwork throughout our house, and provide ongoing annual system maintenance. This company is extremely professional and always “does things right”. Highly recommended!

We contracted them to replace our Trane sensors with 4 Honeywell thermostats! Before install date we had a heating system oroblem( IN FLORIDA) and tgey had a tech on New Years day to resolve it. Their crew fir thermostats replacement dud an excellent job! They spent time with us tobset each one up. and when we recently asked about Daylight Savings time update they explained.. it is in tge system. Great personalization, interaction, care, and help! plus reasonable pricing. PLUS efficient time on the job. no short cuts

I truly loved Jess the technician who came to help. She has great knowledge and quality work. I was really grateful for the fix she did! Truly thoughtful, good pace, and reliable!

Just moved from Lakeland, and tried to install my own Nest; forgot to turn off breakers on air handler, and blew the fuse. They are nearby, so I drive over there hoping to just buy a fuse. They ended up just giving me three of them after hearing my sob story!

Then, I had an issue with a thrown code for heat when it got cold. Called them to come over. It turns out the DIY-er (not me) who installed the system a couple years ago did not wire it for a heat pump!!! They caught this right away. The tech informed me they'd have to run another wire from the Nest to the air handler through the walls, and it could cost $3-400. I got a call the next day and said they discussed another solution to just run the wire along the utility wall underneath the cabinet, into a nearby closet where the Nest was on the other side - $140!!!

These guys are professional, prompt, friendly, and seem to put your needs FIRST. They are on my speed-dial. Thanks, guys!!!

Learning some new things at Air West to make the buying process easier for homeowners.

Air West came out to my job at 4pm on Thursday 10/07/21 because our system stopped working. Unfortunately we have a leak in our system which was really old, management decided to change the system. Air West returned the following day FRIDAY 10/08/21 at 8:30am to change the system out. The guys all around between the technician and install, explained what was going on and what they were doing. I know if I have any problems come up at my house in the future, they will be the company I call.

The Air West is highly recommended. They provide a quick response and there work is dependable. Everyone that I have been in contact with are friendly and the technicians take time to explain issues and work completed.

Used their service two times this year and both times were please with the job. They showed up on time and quickly within calling them. Tim was extremely efficient and informative, explaining our issues to us and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Ben, an AC technician from Air West AC, Inc. performed a service check at our condo this morning. I am writing this review because Ben was exceptional relative to communicating everything in an extremely clear manner and his thoroughness was second to none! I have worked with many service technicians in the past and Ben was by far the very best of the bunch. Ben's outstanding communication skills were very helpful to us and his knowledge of our heating and air conditioning system exceeded our expectations.

Dave and his all-star team expertly installed a new Rheem AC unit and Air Handler and I could not be more impressed with the installation. Their work was fast, efficient, and attention was paid down to the smallest detail. Living in Pinellas County, we all need a solid AC service provider. Do yourself a favor, and call Air West.

I have utilized Air West for my 3 residential properties since 2005 and they have installed 3 new Rheem A/C systems for me. Tim Howell, Senior Technician is the very best in all aspects of installation and repair of A/C systems. He is an expert and extremely thorough in his work! He values his customers and takes pride in his performance. Thank you, Tim for your professionalism.

Unless you like taking several days off work to have their "technician" come out and replace various $$$ components until he finally breaks the machine and claims you need a whole new AC system, I do not recommend this company. He leaves a huge mess and rushes through work and "maintenance" visits, leaving things worse off in his wake. We had the entire unit replaced by them, and it failed county inspection due to unsafe installation, has been nothing but a time-consuming expensive nightmare ever since.

No idea where peoplle are getting these ratings. Their repair man came to 'fix my unit and said the compressor was gone. $2200. Oh and to bad no air for the weekend. Ask for a quote from salesperson , no callback at all.

Hudson Air came out at 7 pm. Didn't charge me and FIXED my unit. The compressor was overheated. I'll be buying from HUDSON an honest, experienced company who cares to do the job right even if it was a Friday.

Air West just completed a new AC unit install for our office and we were delighted with the entire experience. They did everything they said they would do from start to finish and completed the job ahead of schedule. The install quote was fair and included everything. We also got the UV lighting system installed free with our Valpak coupon. I highly recommend Air West for your residential or commercial HCAV needs. Dan H

100% recommend Air West for AC residential installation. Their pricing was competitive, technicians were professional, timely and kept everything very clean.

So I had a clogged pipe, which I identified as the problem and drain nost of the water inside the furnace. I had a cupon for a free inspection and repair which I used to get the rest of the pipe unclogged. After he did the job I was still charged 115 dollars for draining the pipe. 115! For that price I could have just bought my own vaccum. When i asked the technician about why it was not cover with the cupon he just told me it was a different type of repair??? And also mentioned to be happy he didn't charge for the pbc pipe he used.... really? For an elbow? 1 dollar... Probably wont be using them again
