I had a leaky air handler so I called this company. They first installed an overflow sensor and it didn't work, with the unit flooding floor. Then they sent someone out and came to the conclusion that I needed new pans at the cost of $1,500. They suggested I buy a new unit, even though the unit is 5 years old. I had another company come out, physically show me that the pans weren't leaking and that the overflow switch was wired incorrectly, which is why my house got flooded. The new company said my coil just needed to be cleaned. I paid $300 to clean the coil amd have the switch rewired and the problem was fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I am updating my previous review of this company. As it turns out, Jack Joyner continously tried to upsell me on AC equiptment that was not necessary. Also, they did not do all the proper checks and balances when installing equipment to ensure that the current infrastructure can handle the load of new equipment. Over the several years that we used this company, we spent tensn of thousands of dollars replacing and repairing equipment because they did not service or install it properly. It took getting second and third opinions to realize what was going on.

Robert with Jack Joyner helped figure out why our generator was not working. It took multiple visits and some help from an electrician. He arranged it all and kept me informed with excellent communication every step of the way! I highly recommend them!

The technicians who installed our new a/c unit were extremely pleasant, they were thorough, seemed to be very knowledgeable and left everything clean when done. We have used Jack Joyner for years and will continue to do so! We really like the Trane unit they recommended and think it was the best choice for us.

We called and got service so fast. Tracy was amazing setting up the appointment and keep us notified on when they were coming. Very sweet and understanding. Teng was very informative and professional. Did a great job no up selling . He just wanted to solve our problem. And did... we definitely will use in the future if needed.

Just had all our duct work replaced by Jack Joyner and cannot tell you how pleased we were with the service. The proposal was clear and Chris Wilborn was extremely helpful with any questions. The service men were very hard working, cleaned as they went, checked by service manager when they were done. Made sure everything was done properly and they went way above and beyond my expectations.

I don't like and I don't use to do bad reviews but for this company I'll do an exception... I called them for my AC broken on Friday and they told me to wait a call back to set an appointment and that it costs $160, but since I was melting in my home I said ok .... In the afternoon they showed up directly at my address with no appointment, and this looked good in the beginning l. After 30 minutes of checking my system they went away telling me to wait at maximum 2 days for an estimate and another appointment, I said OK.
AFTER 5 days I called them asking news about me, but the lady at the desk didn't know anything about me, and she asked me what I want (what???). I explained everything and thus she told me to call the day after .... But it was the same story, she didn't know anything to say to me. On Thursday I received on my voicemail a call from the Company with a lot of apologies, but after 6 day I was waiting for them I called another company (more affordable) and now they are fixing my AC. I complained with Jack Joiner and their bad service, having left me with no answer (and my AC broken in June in Florida!!!) for 6 days long after having taken 160 easy dollars!!!
This is not a way to do good business, thrust me, don't call them!!! They also offered me a new control of my AC for free, but I refused because has no sense when another company is working now, so I asked to be refund but they denied to refund me totally, just a partially ....
I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Great job getting my Generac generator installed. It was a bit of a process for permitting since I'm in a townhouse/condo community, but they were able to get it all taken care of. We haven't lost power yet. I'm looking forward to hurricane season so the rest of my neighbors can be jealous when the power is out in the neighborhood except for me!

Last fall we had to have our AC unit and all our duct work replaced. Jack Joyner's crew did a great job. They were always professional and on time. It was an expensive job due to the sheer scope but we felt their prices were fair and the job was done quickly.

I received quotes from three A/C companies before selecting Jack Joyner Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our entire A/C system. From the initial visit and suggesting the need to move the air handler from the attic to our garage, Bobby and Christian explained to me the perfect solution. There were multiple complexities to installing the air handler and heat pump (condenser unit) the way I wanted them. After multiple emails and phone conversations with Bobby and General Manager Chris, I felt comfortable with everything discussed, including the specific A/C system, the cost, and the job itself. Matt, Harley, and Tang did an excellent job start to finish on the install even though I was that hovering customer that asked many questions and made suggestions along the way. Everyone I dealt with at Jack Joyner was customer focused and professional. The finished product looks and works great. This was my first time using this company and will also be the first A/C company I call for any of our A/C needs. Job well done!

Only got stuck with this company because somebody else recommended them worse air-conditioning place ever we’ve had three fans go out called them course, It’s a holiday weekend. Our air conditioners broke again three times and less than six months told him it was our fan wait all day for the guy to come out for him to tell us it’s our fan and didn’t bring one. It’s not fixed and they don’t know when they can get to it. Worst company ever it’s a four year old air conditioner should not have this problems!!!!

Heat pump seemed to be working but we couldn’t get the heat to turn on. They sent out a service agent very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it swiftly. He was lovely to work with. I always feel that Jack Joyner is honest and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

Robert Joyner, and his team, installed a Generac whole-house generator 2 years ago. Since then they have provided the annual service. We are glad to have this generator as it has worked flawlessly. All service has been done expeditiously and efficiently. I have recommended the Joyner team to many of our neighbors and friends.

Always happy with Jack Joyner. Honest, professional, personable, ethical, competent. I've been a customer over 20 years with multiple experiences among friends, family and rental units. I hired another company once, due to price. I ended up needing Jack Joyner to fix their shoddy work. I won't make that mistake again. This company stands behind their work and their reputation.

Jack Joyner’s people are professional, knowledgeable, and actually take the time to do the job right. They don’t just repair your HVAC or install a completely new system, they want to make you a customer for life. Their pricing is competitive, but your experience before, during and after the sale is what will cause you to call them the next time. So impressed with this company right now. They are super busy with Hurricane Milton just a day away, and gas is scarce, but they made it here to get our generator running again. The communication was also great. I can't thank them enough.

I will only use Jack Joyner, they have been extremely professional. I had 2Trane systems replaced 3and 3.5 tons. The price was fair, given the Trane’s products are expensive! I’m so pleased with their service. To start Bobby the service supervisor assessed what’s needed to replace both units in my house. He was very knowledgable and spent a fair amount of time evaluating what we need and explaining it to me. Chris the sale manager was great, responsive and his advises was sound based on good knowledge supplemented by good documentations and links. Ian, Charles, and a third one I forgot his , the Technicians, were very knowledgeable and professionalname; and their assistants Tim and Angel were great did a great job replacing the two systems and left the place very clean. I can’t thank them enough. I wrote the review the same day they finished to be sure that they get enough credit for their good work. Thanks you all. I have used Jack Joyner Co. in the past for maintenance and repairs and I will continue to use them again in the future. I would definitely highly recommend them to others.
