To professionalism is lack would be a huge understatement. The person that appears to be the owner is incredibly rude. Never shows up within a the time frame or even the day specified. Rarely returns or answers calls, or voicemail. Have never felt more disrespected.

Other services would always tell me that I had to replace the whole unit and spend 8k, whereas Silverfox told me its just a small fix and which parts needed repaired or replacing.
Since I have a little bit of engineering background, he even offered guidance on how to repair it myself and saved me thousands of $$$!

Aire solutions has installed multiple central air conditioning systems for me. They have also performed inspections and repairs on existing systems. They have always been prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

Not able to keep to appointments and communicate. Never showed for repair. Wont call or text back. Installed 2 units in home in last 18 months and doesnt appear they want to stand by their work. Service earlier this year tech shows up no tools or ladder. Had to provide to him to complete work. If service is important after an install then I suggest find another AC company.

Aire Solution installed a new a/c system, House is much cooler. I would use Aire Solutions again. Very happy with the install. Price was very reasonable and professional service

Kevin and his co worker came to fix a minor problem with the a/c. They said they’d return in 30 minutes with the part. 4 hours later with no a/c they came. Thought everything was fixed. We’ve had non stop problems since then. Finally a professional who has been in the business over 30+ years took a video of behind the scenes and explained that it must have been kids working on it because no one in their right mind would set it up the way they did. It caused our bills to sky rocket and we couldn’t understand why. They plugged the wire straight into its own power box which caused it to run heat right when it gets to the set temperature inside so that it’s 24/7 rotating and caused our unit to basically die.

Kevin was quick to address all my concerns. He found the issue almost immediately. More than fair with pricing as well as educated me what the issue was rather than just telling me a problem and a price. If I could give him 10 stars I would.. If ONLY every business was ran as efficient as his. WILL USE AGAIN...
