I had an amazing experience with Ermir! My bathroom was completely blocked and after a lot of effort, he managed to unclog the toilet and fix everything perfectly. He was patient, professional, and didn’t give up until the job was done. I’m really impressed with his work — everything is now working flawlessly.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! He will take your money and never contact you again. He asked us to pay him up front for half of the service and then once paid, he stopped answering texts and phone calls. He has yet to answer any of our messages.

We hired Chuck and we have been calling him for days on end. We paid 4300 down and haven't seen him. He never answers the phone. His voice-mail is full and he doesn't return sms message call backs. My home is not livable and we are staying in a hotel at $150 a night. Very dis satisfied in this man ethically. I couldn't comment on his workmanship

I had used him before for some plumbing work. I contacted him about a washer warranty repair. He asked for half the money upfront to initiate the warranty parts replacement. After I sent him the money, he has completely ghosted .

My water heater went out and I thought it needed to be replaced. Chuck came out and replaced the thermostat and heating elements and it has worked fine since. It was much cheaper than I expected and he responded quickly to my request. I am very satisfied with his service and prices. Thanks again!
