They suck really well. They are epic at their jobs! If you need something to be sucked, they are your team.

Called twice today and last week. They said they are going to send someone to get estimates but nobody showed up...

This company is wonderful, they focus on customer service just like a company should!

We have used Fcs for over 10 years and they always come out on time . The staff is always friendly and professional.

They are great for me and my company. One of the better vendors we use.

They are okay only used them for restaurant oil dums,they only have plastic containers that are small and eventually crack and after you ask for a second one they will drop you as a customer.

Used them in the past multiple times at sites, with a new small location they were honest of passing on the job, they pay attention to details and if they can’t give 100% they tell you.

I wish I can give them a zero star. DO NOT USE THEM, this company rip you off. All they want to do is pump out the tanks with their big trucks and don't fix the problem. The rates are ridiculous.

They just put in a new water heater for our office wonderful experience from the 1st contact with Karole to the technician that did the work!.
The price was more that fair best bid we recieved I would rate this company A+

We're been using FCS for nearly 5 years now for our grease trap and fryer oil removal. They've been professional, on time, and always responsive. Any time I call, they answer and someone is on-site quickly if and when I have an issue. We'll continue to use them for all future jobs here in Sarasota. Thank you Justin and FCS.

This company has horrible customer service. I called in for a simple snaking of a pipe, which I have done already with this company so I expected the same bill. They tried to charge me double the usual bill and when I called in the owner of the company, cuts me off when I was explaining myself to the lady (which she had put me on speaker without me knowing). The owner was very unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could give them a 0, I would. This company definitely lost my business.

I’m a locally restaurant owner in downtown St. Petersburg and our sewage started backing up Sunday afternoon so I called FCS inc and Rob was sent someone out as soon as possible because I informed him we had to close due to the back up. Delado (sorry if I spelt his name wrong) showed up around 7pm and was very informative with everything he was doing and helped me out with all my questions I had, as well as he was able to fix the problem so we could open up the following day. I highly recommend this company! Very professional with everything they did that day to get us up and running again! We also use them to get our grease trap pumped every 4 months.

Extremely loud, too early in the morning. Unacceptable and inconsiderate

I have used FCS for over five years now for both pumping and plumbing on my restaurant. I have had great service for regular maintenance and after hours emergency calls. Their pricing is fair and their technicians are capable. Prior to their services I could not find a capable plumber in the area. They have directed me to information on the licensing and maintenance codes within the county. When I call I always speak to a person that knows me and my account. I credit this to the fact it is a family owned business. This goes a long way for a small business owner like myself.

I highly recommend FCS. I have used them for the past 9 years at my business from small repairs to installing grease traps. They have always been quick to respond and professional. They were at my business the other day and their plumber technician Skyler was awesome. He arrived on time and we had a list of 6 or 7 things that needed a plumbers attention. I showed him once and that was all it took. He jumped on every project and completed it quickly, professionally and NEATLY! After he was finished with the list and cleaning up we found out about a pipe leaking and he quickly jumped on that and took care of it with a SMILE. He was a very eager to make sure that he took care of all our issues and it made us feel that he truly cared about our business and that he was not just punching a clock, VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I was greeted this morning by Nate and Delano, who were here to jet our grease traps. What I didn't expect was the level of customer service, and cooperative nature we received from them. Our loading dock (where the work was to be done) can be very hectic. This was one of those days. They were very professional in the way that they handled the interruptions that occurred through no fault of theirs. I would recommend them highly.

FCS is great, very responsive, called for a clogged drain in my restorant.. they sent out Chris he couldn't figure it out.. so they sent out Lyle, .. man, his guy is unbelievable 🙏, hard worker and very determined, within 1hrs had me up and going again.. hands down to this man, wish we had more people like him.

Recently we had an emergency service for our bathroom… they were quick to respond and resolve the clog. Lyle and his coworker went ABOVE & BEYOND in my establishment. I cannot thank them enough!
