Wow! Tom and his colleague were super nice! Very prompt, professional, and friendly. They identified the issue and fixed it quick. Which I had called another plumber before and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Rare to find genuinely caring folks nowadays. They were also very friendly with my dogs and foster puppies ❤️.
Additionally, adding extras stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being proud supporters of our military service members (my husband is military). Thank you for taking care of us. Will be calling for all future needs. Thank you!!!

Professional, Polite, and Proper Price!
My parents had a house valve problem at their house - it wouldn't turn the water off to the house no matter how hard it was cranked closed.
I called The Bearded Plumber first then another local (but TV advertised) service just to do my due diligence for my parents.
The Bearded Plumber was able to give me an estimate on this case based on a picture I provided along with the description on the issue. The other service had to come out first but offered a free estimate.
I can tell you that the difference in price between the two was vast, with the work 'needing to be done' as per the other service -much more extensive. **But it was a simple repair.
Needless to say I chose the Bearded Plumber who sent Tyler and his coworker out to meet my mom and get the job done. I wasn't there in person but able to view on their house cameras.
Less than 30 minutes later the job is done and with a higher quality part than the original for the same estimated price.
Tyler and his partner were both very professional, efficient and polite. My mom tends to 'continue conversations' and Tyler was very understanding as my mom asked how the business got it's name. And now my mom is now going to refer her friends to The Bearded Plumber as well as making them her 'goto' in the future.

My husband and I called the Bearded Plumber after running into some issues when installing our hot water heater. It was a Saturday late afternoon. He was the only one to answer and was here within an hour. Super friendly and personable and saved the day! Was great interacting with our kids and dog as well.

What great service! Had intermittent problems with a bathroom clog over the years. Had several different plumbers come out when I couldn’t resolve the issue myself. They just cleared the clog and left. Tom took the time to find the cause and actually fixed the problem vs a band aid like everyone else. AND great pricing!!! So friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Called up to a friendly and accommodating Tom who was able to work around my personal schedule. James came out for their free estimate and qualmed my concerns with his opinion that my incessant leaks in 2 different showers would be an easy fix from his long tenured experience. Scheduled the fix and he came back out that week to a quick and professional repair and replace. Paid what was quoted and even got a discount for first time services. They've earned my repeat business. I'll call the beards again if I'm ever in a plumbing fiasco. Thank you guys!

Terrible experience, the communication in the beginning should have been the red flag. They said they would be out that afternoon, didn’t show and I had to follow up. I also tried reaching out to explain what was being requested, basically I couldn’t run a bath without the water also coming out of the shower. The technician ordered some part, we waited, they came out and replaced a part and invoiced us. I paid the invoice and then realized that the issue still occurred when I went to run the bath. The owner said that his notes showed I wanted a part replaced and they did that. I was like I wanted my problem corrected and was told the part had to be replaced. He said he would come out, I even got a text the day of saying they were 15 minutes out and nobody showed and now that I’ve complained the owner said he refuses to come back to my house because I said “I’m frustrated”. Now, they haven’t completed the work and did not refund me for whatever they did do. I had another plumber come out, paid him, problem is gone and he said the people that were there before replaced something that wasn’t the issue and essentially did nothing.

Bearded Plumber is the best plumbing company in Clearwater!! Tom and his crew are awesome and they are all true professionals. Darrell and Tyler came to my home for a stoppage and they cleared it out in no time, they educate me on some simple things to prevent future issues and overall we're professional. Good plumber's and even better humans. My clog was very complicated and Tom & Dave stuck with it. Attacked the issues from all different angles until it was resolved. Highly recommend these guys.

Great company, they warranty their work and they came out and fixed something under warranty at no additional cost, which was great. Tyler was very informative about the issue and what was needed and did a great job fixing our leak.

What a great experience! Tom and his team (David, Darrell, and Tyler) have done an amazing job on both of my homes. This includes toilet installation, drain clearing, and my biggest project, clearing roots and repairing piping for my septic tank.

I had a clogged line from the upstairs master bathroom. I called at 3:19pm on Superbowl Sunday. Im writing this review at 4:17pm. Darryl was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tom was phenomenal! The pricing was perfect. We scheduled the removal and install and just a couple days later they were in and out and I had a brand new hot water heater! They were even kind enough to explain to me that the unit I decided to go with was a little bit bigger so they needed to cut out a little bit of my cabinet which I was perfectly fine with. It looks great and you can't even tell they had to work on it. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know for their plumbing needs

The Bearded Plumber saved me tons! I had a prior plumber do limited investigation, show up w wrong parts, fail to unclog my entire kitchen over 3 visits, and try to scam me out of several thousand $, wanting to dig a 10 ft hole in my yard. I called The Bearded Plumber for a 2nd opinion & they were at my house w/in a half hour! They did a proper investigation & solved the problem right away w just some hard work.
