I have used Blue Works several times over the past few years and have always been please with there professional service. From the first phone call to completion everyone is polite and respective of your time.

Blueworks is the fastest and friendliest plumbing service I've ever used. They came, explained the problem & fixed it all in the same day. I would gladly recommend Blueworks to my family and friends.

We had a blockage in one of our 3 story ,6 unit condo bldgs. After 2 days and much consternation our plumbing company wanted to tear into the lower unit's dining room floor to repair an assumed broken 3"cast waste line. Seeing no assurance of diagnosis (video confurming) we waited a few days for Blue
Works to schedule us in. They resolved the issue same day of arrival, 2 fistfulls of wipes. I will admit they were in a difficult location, not easy to reach. But that's why you bring these guys in, They have the equipment knowledge, and workers. You wouldn't hire your divorce attny to do your corporate work.

I have worked with Blue Works both professionally and personally. In every instance they were thorough and a pleasure to work with. I recommend their services to my colleagues and friends in need of plumbing restoration services.

All the BlueWorks staff and crew were professional, prompt, and stood behind their work. They have state of the art equipment (specialized mini cameras, robotic drills, etc.) and were able to effectively rectify my pipe problems unlike traditional plumbers I have dealt with for over a year. They were very conscientious about protecting my property and cleaning up and went above and beyond to make sure everything was back in order. The whole process of relining my pipes took only a couple of days versus the month(s) that conventional trenching of pipes would have taken. And I saved tens of thousands of dollars with this new, amazing technology of pipe relining versus breaking through my slab foundation (and possibly compromising house structure), trenching all the pipes, etc. I am extremely happy with the results. My plumbing works great. I have before and after videos of my re-lined pipes. They are essentially new pipes without all the cost, time and structural compromise that traditional trenching entails. I cannot say enough good about BlueWorks. I HIGHLY recommend them!

One of the main sewer lines under our 12 story condo was failing causing black water to back up into the building. Traditional pipe replacement would have entailed tearing up the concrete slab and wood flooring in one of our owner's units. Blue Water built a new pipe in place with VERY minor damage to the grass outside and and just a hole in the drywall inside for about the same price as traditional pipe replacement had been quoted. The trouble we saved was priceless! Their crew was courteous, efficient and professional, we will definitely be using them again!

The Blue Works crew successfully solved a drainage issue I’ve been dealing with for years. I hired countless companies to diagnose the issue and have wasted countless money. Blue Works came out and after a short time came up with a solution to this headache. Long story short, I should have called them in the first place. The crew that installed the liner in my old iron sewer pipe were very hard working, competent, and polite. They left my home cleaner than they found it and made having strangers in my home for 3 days not bad at all. The product itself is saving me LOTS of money by not having to replace the old pipe that would have required a jackhammer on 30ft of expensive tile.

This is above and beyond expeditions company. Between Manny , Joel and their crew they relined the defective sewer lines in our park. A big task that went very well. They helped with notifying the members that would be affected.They kept us informed of their progress and delays when necessary.They worked long hours to make sure everyone was back in service. Very courteous and caring attitudes. If you want quality work I highly recommend this company.

I would not work with this company, they left such a mess at my place. Left doors off hinges, different colored painted walls, not uniform. I have left messages as they broke a part off of my washer valve to come fix. No response.

Jack Scott and his crew were very responsive and did ab great job cleaning and repairing the sewer line in our home. They managed to repair the well within their original quote. I highly recommend them!

Blue Works Company sales representative Jack Scott came out and quoted me on a job and said until we they inspect the lines they really do not know what they are getting into. Justin and his crew came out, they inspected the lines. They did the SIPP for the cast iron pipes under my house and put in a new pvc clean out that did not require digging up. They were very professional and courteous of my home. Other than not showing up on the planned start date and not communicating in advance they were awesome.

Our home had failing cast iron plumbing, which was causing all of our drains to back up. Our sewer line filled with sand a dirt because of hole in our pipes that was over a foot wide. We were quoted 3x and 8x the Blue Works price by other companies who didn't sound confident they could fix our issue. Blue Works was extremely professional, communicative, and transparent the entire time. Jack Scott (Project Manager) shared a clear proposal, understood my concern of nonessential costs, and communicated the entire process. The team that came to my house was very professional, they respected my home, and answered all of my questions. They lined our pipes, even with the huge hole, and left everything clean. Definitely would recommend!

I called Blue Works to inquire about relining my iron pipes and I spoke with Jack Scott. He was friendly, courteous and knew what he was talking about. I felt pretty confident after speaking with him and moved forward with it on the first day. The crew came out was very professional and they were mindful of my house. It was a big project and it could have been messy but the crew was careful and cleaned up well after themselves. They did the work meticulously and the work quality is perfect.
The only con that I’m not happy with is the communication.There were quite a few confusions and delays and the office didn’t seem to be actively following up with me. I have to be on top of it and talk to Jack frequently to follow up. It made me a little frustrated and it felt like the office was a little disorganized! Perhaps they have too many big commercial accounts to spend too much time on a small residential project.
Other than that, the work is great, the price is reasonable, the process is relatively smooth.I’d recommend them to reline your old pipes.

I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and workmanship of the employees at Blue Works. The company came highly recommended to reline my cast iron pipes. I had to wait a while but it was worth the wait. The Project Manager, Jack Scott is a kind, efficient young man. He always answers his phone and he kept me updated on the process throughout my wait. The guys had the job done in 1 and 1/2 days and restored everything to the original condition before the digging. Jack Scott and Laura Mosier worked with me when there was a misunderstanding about the price. They were both a pleasure to work with and an asset to their company. This is definitely an A+ company. Thank you for the outstanding work and service.

We had our cast iron pipes lined and we were really pleased with the service. Great communication, details as to the scope of the project and minimal inconvenience. Most importantly, they called to let us know the original scope/quote was optional. Part of our line wasn't 100% requiring lining, so rather than move forward and complete the entire job which had been budgeted, they allowed us to make the decision to save the money and do part of the work, or move forward with the full project. The transparency was valued as the customer.
