Tech was on time and professional. I explained my issue and he told me what he would do to detect if there was a leak. He performed the test on my system and visually inspected both bathrooms for leaks. He appeared to have an extensive knowledge of water systems. Answered all my questions and stated as long as needed. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Dave was right on time and found the leak within the hour. He wasn't able to fix it because it was underneath the concrete slab. He gave me instructions on what to do next and gave me a heads-up that the repair might require a partial demo of my bathroom. This man Knows His Stuff!

Had a leak hiding under the entrance walkway. Dave did a great job finding it. Tommy (second day on the job) did a great job working long into the day to get a difficult piping situation resolved to fix the problem. Walkway concrete was relaid and we are as good as new now. I will use Able Plumbing for future needs.

Able handled everything from water mitigation to the insurance claim. Kim and her crew were top notch! Hopefully we never have to use them again but if we experience another water leak we will definitely be calling Able!

Very professional company. This was the second leak detection company that came out. The first company was unsuccessful in determining the location of the leak. Able Leak Detection was onsite within a few hours of the initial phone call and was able to locate the leak in about an hour which was in a large parking lot of a commercial plaza. I would highly recommend this company.

I was impressed with the gentleman (Dave) who came to my home to detect the leak in my system. Even though their plumbing services are not available in my county, if I have the need to detect another leak, Able Leak Detection will get my first call.

I called them for leak detection and they came same day. He was within 6 inches without having to do any damage. As a result my plumber only had to tear up two floor tiles to fix my leak. They are spot on and priced right!

We had a leak in the bathroom and didn't know where it was coming from. Called Able, they came out within two hours and found a slow leak inside the wall. Honest, polite, reliable service. We recommend them highly.

Dave never found a leak. Came on a Monday looking like he drank a bottle of vodka the night before. Charged me $150 and wasted my time. Couldn't give me a straight answer whenever i asked a question. Didn't look like he knew what he was doing. He had a faulty pressure gauge that he would manually spin around when he didn't work.

Is this company serious ?

I had a leak at my home, costing my hundreds of dollars. We could not detect the leak and although I was reluctant to spend the money, it was a necessary evil. They were easy to work with as Kim answers the phone after hours and is extremely informative as to the process. They found the leak outside by my driveway under the ground. We would have never found this leak on own, so this was money well spent. They have a plumbing company separate from the leak detection and they were on site within an hour to repair. I would highly recommend them.

Able is reliable, Dave came on time and did a thorough leak detection evaluation. He did visual evaluation along the FLIR infared device and ultrasound. I was pleased with getting the report back the same day in my email was great. Price was less than I had expected!

This business is the real deal. We have a home that’s covered mostly by carpet and he found the leak under the slab within the hour. Very nice and caring because they know you’re stressed when you call them.

I was able to get an appointment with Able Leak Detection very quickly to determine if we had a leak in our home. Their technician checked our yard and home thoroughly and found no evidence of a leak inside or outside the house. He gave me his report and advised me of my next step to contact the water department.

Luckily I was able to get a refund from the water department. The meter reader had read our meter wrong due to a badly scratched glass cover on our meter. Problem solved.

Dave was the technician that came to detect our leak. He was super friendly and professional. Dave explained to me what he was doing through everything and answered all of my questions to make sure I understood what was happening. When going through a situation where you have water leakage and possible water damage in your home, you want someone who knows what they are doing and treats you well. I would highly recommend Dave!

This is my second review of Able because we continue to use their services. We recently needed some follow up maintenance on a remodel done in 2017 and Able showed up quickly and fixed everything promptly. Tim came on time and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Over all Able Leak Detection was a life saver. We had a major undetected leak in our home right before Christmas. They were able to detect the leak and have a plumber out right away. I highly recommend.

Dave is an absolute pleasure to meet!! He is very pleasant and professional. He explained exactly what he needed to do and why and he also showed the actual leak which he found in no time and very minimal disruption to the wall. He even cleaned up the debris from the wall!!! We had a mystery leak in our master closet that seemed to come out of nowhere. Mike arrived and was excellent! He was super patient and was determined to find the leak. After much hunting the leak was found. We had the AC company repair the leak as this was their doing ( a whole other story) and then Able sent the rest of the crew out to clean up, remove the mold and dry everything out. The service was outstanding from everyone who helped on our job. They were meticulous in cleaning up and making sure our home was safe and in good co diction for us. We heard a leak in the back of our house. I called a "chain" company first and told them we had no signs of water in our home, but the meter was spinning fast. They sent a plumber who did the same thing we did- check fixtures and the meter with his eyes and ears. He scoffed at the sounds we heard, but also said he was baffled we had no water in the house, and determined we needed Leak Detection. He then needed to call this service for the following day. What a racket.

Then I found Able Leak Detection. For half the price, they sent me Dave The Leak Guy within 2 hours. He brought with him the equipment necessary to do the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helped to calm my nerves as I awaited the bad news. Dave found not one, but THREE leaks! One on the side of the house, and 2 in the front which were in our dining room -sub. He and his team walked me through my options carefully. I hope I don't need them again, but if I spring another leak, I'll be calling Able for sure!
