We've had a leak somewhere in our home but could not find the source after our home warranty company sent a plumber out to attempt to find and repair it. I contacted Able the same day and set up an appointment the next day. The technician was able to find the source of the leak quickly and help guide me on who to contact next. Able does have a sister company the offers plumbing services but was not able to take an emergency call, which is a shame but I am still grateful for their leak detection services and their help overall.

I was very lucky and found them via Google as no one could make a recommendation when I discovered a leak including my plumber. I called and Kim was fantastic and tried to get someone out that day but they could not fit me in. They came the next day at the appointed time and found the problem pretty quickly. They were very patient with my questions and I found the cost to be very reasonable for an "emergency" situation. I have recommended them several times since they were out in February and my plumber plans to recommend them to his other clients. They will be my first call if this situation happens in the future.

Able Leak Detection came out quickly and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in minutes. Their price was reasonable and their team members are easy to work with. I will consult with them for any leak problem, and I'll probably also call them first with any plumbing issues that we have.

Repair was with 2 of our Condo units. Both the service person for the leak was very polite and explained to the owners the issue. The plumber who later came repaired the drain for tub. The unit below had to have whole cut in the ceiling. He was a pleasant person and very great at his job and explaining to the owners. He cleaned both units where he worked and did a great job. Everyone was extremely please with the great work.

Absolutely great experience!!! After a highly respected national plumbing company could not find the leak, Able came out within 2hrs of my call, found and fixed the leak. Thank you Able. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is unable to find their leak. 5 stars all day!!!

Dave from Able responded to my call the next day and kept me posted on his arrival time. He was very patient waiting for noisy neighbors to stop power washing. Found the leak quickly for the stated reasonable price. Plumbers said they never could have found the leak. Very satisfied.

I had a very pleasant experience with Able Leak Detection. The plumber came and inspected an outside flooding area. He determined that the water was not coming from my house. He made the most of his time by checking every toilet, water heater and our water filtration system. My water bill has never been lower since his visit. Very professional gentleman.

Dave is very good at what he does. He was very thorough and explained everything to me step by step. He found my leak in a short period of time. I thought for sure I had a slab leak but with in minutes Dave told me he didn't think it was a slab leak which was music to my ears. Shortly after he found my leak and he was right it wasn't in the slab. I've got to admit that was the best 250.00 dollars I have spent in a long time. Great experience from first call with Lisa, who scheduled appointment. She was friendly, honest and pricing transparent. Dave the “leak guy” was spot on finding leak that was a difficult find. Tim the plumber did great work and explained details as he went. Both men were friendly, professional, punctual and extremely proficient. They did a great job and I’m extremely happy with the work and service. I would strongly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

Excellent service. Dave was earlier than they said he would arrive. He introduced himself and removed his shoes before entering the house. He explained what he was doing and showed me where the water originated. We have a slab floor expecting the worse but thankfully it was in the wall and not the floor. After a little moving of furniture he identified the valve to the ice maker in the other room was leaking. I would use them again. Great job!

Toilet repair included replacing a worn-out seal. The plumber explained the wear and what to expect going forward. Job was done in under an hour. No more leaks.

The service technicians that installed with two water heaters at my house with the most honest and professional that I’ve ever seen. In fact, one of the water heaters actually did work and the others that came for “never told me all they had to do is flick the switch. I would always use this company as it’s very rare in Florida not to be taken advantage of. Great that we found you.

I had a problem with my water heater just moved into the house. It was undersized and leaking. I called around 8 o’clock at night. They were out the next morning prompted on time. Very professional gave me a heads up on the way. Could not be more pleased with the service that they provided and the prices were great as well. Felix was my Plumber. Felix was AMAZING! I will never use any other plumber. He was to my home same day and in and out fixed the issue! I waited for my landlords plumber for TWO days and never showed! I called PlumbingPro and basically instant compared to what I was dealing with. 5 million stars and will refer him over and over and over again. Use them. You will not be sorry!!

They were here within a day of my call. This was my 96 year old mother’s bathroom so it was important to have it fixed immediately. They were honest and didn’t overcharge us. I will definitely call on their help again.
