Great service and kind people to work with. My AC unit broke down two weeks ago, I called Orion and they came out the same day. My AC is now up and running with more peace of mind. John was excellent to work with. He had to pull some strings and go the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly without rushing, and we appreciate him for it. Ms. Diane over the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable by helping me understand what the problem with my AC unit was and how it can be fixed. I hope in the future I won’t have to call them again for any repairs, but in case I do, I will definitely go back to them. Thanks again!

I was referred to Orion by my neighbor that was very pleased with their past work quality and cost. I called them and Diane immediately dispatched Chris to check our dead airconditioning unit in the middle of a very hot early Summer in Clearwater. Chris was very meticulous, smart and professional. He got it to work temporarily and gave us an estimate for a more permanent solution. The estimate was very reasonable so we immediately accepted it. Orion dispatched Chris and John to install the new HVAC system after few days. They were very skilled and they completed the job in no time. They explained to us what we need to do to maintain the system. They cleaned the areas where they worked and picked up their trash afterwards. I can't say enough about the excellent service I got from Orion's team and I give them 6 out of 5 stars if I can.

Finding Jimmy/Orion within the sea of HVAC companies means you struck gold. I called on him about 15 years ago & he’s been my go-to ever since. Very grateful to him and his team Chris & Diane. Living in FL you need an honest, reliable HVAC company to turn to it’s inevitable, so call Orion next time and lock in w the best company around. They just replaced my a/c system and I couldn’t be more satisfied throughout the whole process. Have also had countless service calls in the past and Jimmy always steers you right.

I highly recommend Orion HVAC. They replaced our entire system in less than eight hours. It was a two person team that did the work of four people (in my opinion). Friendly, respectful, and highly skilled. Lastly, the price tag was thousands less than the second quote for another well-respected AC company. Great work!

Jim was incredibly professional and accommodating, coming out on a Saturday to look at my AC unit. He was very thorough and explained the issues he diagnosed well. He's honest and didn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs like a lot of AC companies. Excellent customer service and a very friendly guy. Would definitely use again. Thanks, Jim!

Highly recommend! We recently experienced flooding that compromised our AC system, leaving us in a tough spot. That's when we reached out to Orion Heating and Air. Diane, Jim and Christopher were not only responsive but also incredibly accommodating, managing to schedule us in at very short notice. They worked quickly to get our AC up and running again, which came in at the best time when the weather dropped to the 40s. I'm sure we'll be back in the 80s next week. I can't thank them enough for their swift and effective service. Highly recommend Orion Heating and Air for anyone needing reliable and heartfelt assistance with their heating and cooling needs!

Orion deserves 10 Stars. Across the board from customers service, rates, knowledge, reliable, service and follow-up…. 10 stars. Diane is fantastic and genuinely has your best interest and takes the time to explain things to you. Same with Chris who came out to do the work. Chris explained everything about what he was doing and why”. Truly, the best experience I’ve had working with a trades company.
Thank goodness I don’t need a new unit but when that day comes, I know I’ll be in good hands with Orion!

Ive been using Orion since 2017 and its been great!
Jim works hard and always does his best. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Diane also does a good job running the office as well!! Chris, one of the techs, did a terrific job! I will continue to use them for my AC needs.

I could go on and on about this business from Diane in the office to Jimmy to the rest of the crew. They make you feel like family AC went down Friday came out Monday and found out capicator and wires were pretty much shot since they've been there since Christ walked over the skyway bridge. All kidding aside they went in condo and found wasn't my AC that was the problem it was the very outdated electrical panel. Even sparked on Jimmy as checked things out. Hooked me up with Dan Izzo Electric. What business takes care of you that way today? And best of all Orion Ac didn't break the bank. Iam totally blessed to have these guys have my back. The service is great. The people are great. BUT, they will not stop calling me to schedule a free checkup! They did the service a month ago. Everything was great. A couple of days later I get a call asking to schedule the same service again. I explain that it has already been done. They said they will take a note and put it in the system. Next day, three calls. Next day another call. I keep telling them it has already been done. They continue to call on the regular. I finally had to block the number and report as spam. Fix your call system.

The tech was very polite, confident and shared information well. The one problem which could’ve been a problem, but he resolved quickly-he left my unit without returning the key to the roof. I had to call the office and he came back with the key and everything was fine, but that could’ve been a problem. Other than that, he was a competent tech and I would recommend his service

Graham's technician, Krystian, was on time and presentable for the multi-point inspection of the Trane residential split HVAC system. He was uncommonly intelligent, patient, and a good communicator. He completed a thorough inspection and, in the body of the invoice, provided an excellent narrative describing his findings. he exceeded my expectations in every respect of the assigned work effort. I am able to strongly recommend Krystian for this kind of work.
