Big company with small one personality. Quality work aways by trained techs. No disappointments here. Highly recommend

I contacted ACS due to a previous company stating I needed a "new part" for my A/C unit, and kept emailing, texting and blowing up my phone regarding this item. Our maintenance was done back in April. However, I made the decision to get a 2nd opinion on this supposed "needed part" due to the tech acting shady. ACS sent out their tech Dave, after looking over and diagnosing our system, he informed us that our system was running just fine. The previous company tried to bilk me out of $800, and the tech kept on saying, "im gonna do you a big favor", but never told me I needed that part until I received the invoice of the work done, and found it on the bottom of the invoice. The clerk had zero explanation for this. I detected this tech was a lying "scam artist" and never called them back. To find out from HONEST companies like ACS, and their techs, I did NOT need the "part" and they saved me money. Glad I played "Inspector Gadget". I highly recommend ACS. The tech Dave was very professional and answered ALL of our questions. The service clerk Jackie was very helpful and understood how some "scumbag" companies operate nowadays, like the one I just dealt with, who actually used to be good. Greed kills any good business. Glad I called ACS, and yes, I got their number off the back of a van I was following. Lol!

We just had duct replacement and massive AC cleaning for nasty mold and mildew build up, and I'm so pleased with the 2-day job! Mitch and the crew who were at my house were friendly, professional, informative, and saved me thousands when another "tv-friendly" company tried to up sell me (on an emergency call between Helene and Milton.) I'll stay with Advanced Cooling Systems! I thank the 5-man crew for their hard work and for going above and beyond. I wish I could name all of you so your company knows how awesome you are!

We had an issue with my AC after hours. Mitch was top notch he fixed the problem quickly and got my a/c working within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend advanced cooling.

This is second service call for two different issues. They are on time and efficient and make extra effort to fit you in to their schedule so you are not uncomfortable too long.

Quick phone call, sent a tech same day within 2 hours...he fixed it within an hour and gave helpful tips on maintenance. Rick was great!

Very prompt and honest. Had. another company come out and told me I needed a new system or five thousand in parts. And you got me up and running for less than three hundred dollars. From know on I will only call you.

AC stopped about 3 PM Friday afternoon 6/13/25. Couldn’t restart it. After panic call to Advanced Cooling, Jackie said help would arrive later in the afternoon. Chris drove up about 5 PM & within minutes had discovered the problem—a plugged condensation line! It took some time to remove the obstruction & return the system to full capacity, but it was certainly worth it. We have been with Advanced for many years & they are always professional, reliable & honest people!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the first initial friendly phone call to the service we received. Eric was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to the company. We definitely recommend Advanced Cooling System.

The A/C system they installed for me 5 years ago was not working (haven't done any service since the install) so I called them up this morning. They had a different tech than the guy from 5 years ago here by about 12:30. He accomplished the mission and had my system up and running perfect again in about 25 minutes with a total bill of $276 even. Not sure how much more a overheating family could ask for... My house is now cooling down rapidly from 85*F. Great local company!

The technician was extremely knowledgeable, informed us of the diagnostic sequence , performed the necessary steps , identified the exact problem and made the repair. No up sell on anything , gave clear advice on how to follow and when and where to call if problem. Really good and professional. Greatly appreciated!!

I originally hired Advanced Cooling Systems because of their great reviews, but I’m honestly shocked by my experience.

I called for an emergency visit on Sunday because my AC wasn’t cooling. I paid the Sunday and emergency service rates, and while the technician said the issue was fixed, the unit was still not cooling properly.

When I called back, I was met with unhelpful and negative customer service. The technician sounded frustrated, overwhelmed, and made it clear he couldn’t come out that day. The office even admitted they’re understaffed — which makes me wonder why they continue to take on more appointments if they can’t properly service them.

A technician finally came Tuesday morning but left because it was raining, with no call back or update on when they’d return. Now they say they can’t come back until Wednesday, and with Florida weather, I’m sure they’ll just keep delaying.

I’m now out $300 and still have a broken AC. This company is clearly overbooked, rushed, and not delivering the quality service their reviews suggest. If you’re reading this — save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable company.

Dave Meyer was the fella came out here to do the maintenance with another gentleman they did very well and Dave was very thorough he explained everything completely he also told me that they'd come back in 6 months he gave me a option to do some more insulation that your company doesn't and gave me the option when I'm ready to do to call and it would help the cost of air condition and also the strain on the air conditioning be less so I'm very pleased with him and next time I want him back I don't want anyone else here I like to deal with one-on-one. the same person especially when he's been so honest and truthful about everything and he did a fantastic job thank you.

Advanced Cooling Systems are fantastic. They get jobs scheduled quickly and provide top notch service. Tech Chris was prompt knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend.

So glad they were able to come out and repair my AC same day, as well as the price being reasonable. Tech was quick and nice. However, did not like the sales pitch that came with the repair. Obscuring what the actual repair is by calling it "Voltage enhancement system rejuvination", seems needlessly confusing. When prompted what the actual parts he was replacing were, tech only reiterated "Voltage enhancement system". Even if you think the customer won't understand you should tell the customer that means the start capacitor, or any other related component, with a simple explanation if asked.

I had called about an issue with my AC after hours. They had a gentleman named Micah come out. He was absolutely awesome! I happened to be on duty and my father in law was able to be there while he waited. He solved is quickly and got my air worming within 10 minutes. Would recommend advanced cooling in the future. Awesome customer service from the first call to the end.

These guys are the most honest and best AC company around! I’ve been using them for many years. We always like whomever they send out…they are very trustworthy. Today we had Brandon and he was just awesome! He went above and beyond to rebuild part of our AC unit. He is just wonderful to work with. We could not be happier!

Great Maintenance check! I am so thankful I called, got a second opinion and will recommend Advanced Cooling in the future. I am very pleased with the thoroughness of the maintenance work performed by my Technician Rick and appreciate his willingness to explain what he was doing and why. My unit actually had adequate Freon. However had Rick told me Freon was needed or any other work required, I would have been okay with it and thankful for his guidance. A good service technician like Rick can inspire confidence in what he tells you or otherwise cause doubt and confusion. Also 5-stars to Jackie D. in the office who made sure all my needs were met.

I was very impressed with the level of service and how friendly everyone is! I would highly recommend them and will have them back in the fall for maintenance.
