Just had a new roof, solar panels, and blown insulation completed by affordable solar roof and air. They did an amazing job and were very professional. Angel Fleites was a pleasure to work with and walked us through the entire process and handled all of the permitting along with providing us updates every step of the way regarding our project. I will definitely recommend anybody that is looking into solar to go with affordable solar roof and Air as they handled everything A to Z and were also the best priced.

I have an Air bnb attached to the house so I figured installing solar panels would help significantly with the energy use and increase our profits. I was hoping to get them installed quickly so I could get the most benefits during the spring tourism and save energy for summer. The project took about 5 and a half weeks which was excellent. My sister had already installed with Affordable last year and referred me, I’m happy to recommend.

Perfect experience with the installation, the guys were so very nice and professional. I’ve had Solar in Arizona and Texas, this was the smoothest experience out of the three. Jon Holland always answered my calls and checked in on me to give updates. Nothing but sun here in Bradenton, excited to start saving.

We have experience with solar for many years as we have a large system on our home in Massachusetts and know the value this great product. After doing some research we contacted Affordable and setup a meeting with their regional manager Angel Fleites. Having experience purchasing and owning solar we found Angel and Affordable to be an honest and trustworthy solar vendor to contract with. The process of arranging the contract, payment, permitting, installation and final inspection meeting with Spencer Murray went seamlessly. We would highly recommend Affordable Solar Roof & Air to anyone looking for a professional solar installation company.

I read the reviews and I went ahead with Affordable Solar, they didn't disappoint. After getting a couple other quotes they were the most professional, quick to respond, and they were very fast to install. The price was the most competitive with excellent service and top quality panels.

Im so excited the panels are all on and working! It was a beautiful day to turn them on & im excited to track everything in the app, Angel Fleites took excellent care of us making sure we got exactly the amount we needed and made sure we’d save money.

I purchased a 14 panel FranklinWH Battery backup system through ASRA and the experience was great from sales to exit brief. ASRA was one of 4 competing comparable quotes and they had the cleanest proposal (most sensible with the highest quality components) at the lowest price, by a long shot. Super clean install, each step of the process was efficient and I would certainly recommend them to a friend. Believe it or not, from my decision to purchase, to energy production off the panels, was 60 days. This is my second solar installation purchase (different homes) and this is fast. That’s financing approval, design, planning, permitting, HOA, installation, electric company reviews, approvals, meter changes, PTO, all done, in 60 days. That was my experience.

We were in need of a new roof after ours was 25 years old! We figured it would be best to do solar and roofing all in one sweep. Affordable was great to work with on both ends & I’m glad a company proficient in roofing put the panels in to make sure none of our tiles were damaged.

I was away for most of the project for work. Easy to stay in the loop with Agon my representative. The price was too good pass up as well, especially with the credit running out. Excellent working with Affordable and appreciate I didn't have to constantly check up, I got 32 Q cell panels paired to an Enphase Inverter.

I purchased a solar system with 3 emphases batteries in April 2024. I purchased this $60k system to avoid purchasing a generator and was told that the bidirectional charger was available at the time I purchased the system (it is in my contract with them) NOT TRUE. I sold my Mercedes E53 convertible and bought a Kia EV 9 because this company told me it would work with the bidirectional charger and together with the 3 batteries I purchased from this company that this system would keep my entire house powered for days and indefinitely if the sun came out. Now, 18 months later, no bidirectional charger an EV that I never would have purchased and a system that can only power lights and internet. No AC, which is why I purchased the system in the 1st place. They set my system up in a way that even when the bidirectional charger is available it won’t work correctly and want to charge me an exhorbadent $13k to fix. All of this should have been done in the beginning. They don’t have a clue what they are doing; they don’t return calls, their customer support is very poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If you read the reply to my review from Affordable Solar Roof and Air; I think that is all you need to know about this company. I called asking for them to sell me another $6000 battery and to fix the way the system was set up. They gave me a quote for $13,000 which is ridiculous. My reply was that they sold me a system that they knew was not available (bi-directional charger) and that they set the system up incorrectly for when the charger is available. To call me a liar and the worst kind of customer to acquire should tell you that you also could be treated this way by this company. Instead of trying to resolve my issues, they resort to name calling. There are many other solar companies in this area. Choose wisely. I'm sure they have some kind of control of their Google reviews. BTW, they fired my salesman and they must have very high turnover as I have spoken to no fewer than 6 different people trying to get my issue resolved. Impressed with the serviced I received from Max & Michael from ASRA. They were very professional and knowledgeable when it came to informing everything I needed to know about solar and the benefits to making the switch. My system is easy to manage and monitor with the qcell app. I have 24 430w qcell panels on my roof. Install was good.

I am now spending MORE for electricity than I was before getting the solar panels. ...

It has now been over two years since you installed the solar panels on my house. I have 2 questions, when will you review my electric usage and realize that I need the additional 5 panels for better service. The existing panels are sufficient as long as I do not run my air conditioner. Second, I am still waiting for your installers to pick up the debris left in my yard from the initial installation.

Now it seems that my roof is leaking right under the installation.

We were away for most of the installation period, Affordable Solar kept in contact with us but got the job done without us needing to oversee the operation. We got a 45 panel system which should be more than enough, we wanted to ensure we would have no bill at all. Peter Haack has been terrific!
