Had a really nasty clog. Called Ark Plumbing and they came very quickly. Kyle went above and beyond to solve the issue. In the end, job well done with very reasonable pricing. Would definitely call again.

Awesome is the best word to use for the company and their employee, Michael Moore. It only took him an hour to unclog a very clogged drainage system. He was very. Personable and easy to talk with and very informative.

Excellent rapid response when we learned of a leak to our water line to home. Though I called in mid afternoon , they were able to repair our problem that day, avoiding a much bigger problem. We will be using their services for any other plumbing needs.

We had been dealing with ongoing plumbing issues for several weeks. I even rented a main line snake twice and ran it from inside the house. We thought the issue was resolved, but the backflow happened again the day before Christmas. It was extremely stressful, especially since my family was also dealing with an illness at the time.

I called around and found Ark Plumbing, and they were able to send a technician out right away. He arrived promptly and identified the problem immediately. Tree roots had grown through and broken our main cleanout, causing sewage to back up into our shower and toilets.

Donovan was very polite, answered all of my questions and concerns, and didn’t leave until everything was flowing properly.

The technician arrived on time. Prior to the visit, I was informed that the service fee would be $80 and that once the issue was identified, I would receive an estimate for approval before any work was performed.
However, upon arrival, the technician stated that the $80 was only a show-up fee, and that an additional $250 inspection fee was required to diagnose the problem. This was not disclosed to me beforehand.
Furthermore, I was told that they were unable to diagnose the issue themselves and would need to hire a third party for leak detection at an additional cost of nearly $500 — and that would only cover the diagnostic service, not any actual repairs.
I found this experience frustrating and misleading due to the lack of transparency regarding fees. I ultimately contacted another company for a second opinion, and they confirmed that there was no leak issue in the house and issue has been simply fixed.
Based on this experience, I have concerns about this company’s transparency and professionalism.

Our plumber, Joseph, was incredible. He went above and beyond to fix our shower that would not stop running. He was professional, informative, and timely. I highly recommend Ark and Joseph!

Ark Plumbing came out to inspect my backflow and spent less than 20 minutes on site, then charged me $155, which is more than double what other licensed inspectors charge. The real issue, however, was their lack of character and integrity. They tried to price gouge, quoting over $900 for a repair and more than $1,500 to replace the unit—completely unreasonable.

When I declined their inflated pricing, they forged my signature on their paperwork and left the water turned off to my home. I later called another reputable company that completed the inspection and made the repair for only $59 total, which speaks volumes.

Ark Plumbing’s conduct was unethical, unprofessional, and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

We called ARK this morning because our hot water heater broke, and Michael was able to come out in just a few hours later to fully replace and install a new one for us. Michael was pleasant to work with, answered all of my questions, and was even willing to take the old water heater away for us. We’re excited to have our hot water back! Thanks Michael.

Amazing service! I would give 10 stars if I was able. Michael was knowledgeable and extremely kind. Reasonably priced and very fast. I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber and highly Michael and ARC Plumbing!!!!

Michael was very patient and professional. He took the time explaining me and do all necessary mesures to make sure I had the right equipment for installation. Job was clean and organized.

I forget the name of the woman who scheduled the work to be done at my house but she was very kind and so willing to adjust the time with the plumber that worked for me. Michael was professional and very knowledgeable answering all my questions. Very nice man who also worked within my confines.

I had my whole house re-piped and it was done in a couple of days . Excellent job. Technicians were careful in making all the wall cuts clean and saved the pieces that looked re-usable. Fast service, and very nice technician! but.. I little pricey my technician had to pull a shark bite valve off for me from under the sink . thankfully I had a replacement valve already he only used pliers and a pipe cutter took him 2 min and cost me $225 not a weekend rate either.

Michael came out at the exact time they said they would. I reiterated what we needed done. He gave us an exact estimate. We said go ahead. It was about a 4 hour job changing all of the home’s shut off valves 14 of them. When done, he spent time checking for leaks. Adjusted a few and cleaned up and we were very pleased with the job that he did.
