Thanks Ark once again, fixing things quickly and inexpensively. Thanks to Michael especially - he was prompt, professional to the nines, and communicative. Fixed the T&P valve, explained next steps if the fix didn't hold, and made sure I was comfortable with every step before he left.

Excellent service. I believe his name is Ryan (Oops I forgot) and his wonderful wife (oops forgot her name as well) . Coming in at a very late hour to fix the issue (the job required a special tool) and returning the next day with a plan that worked. Thank you.

I had a pipe break by my tankless water heater. I called Ark Plumbing at 11AM Sunday morning and a plumber came out mid afternoon. I can’t say enough praises for the plumber Michael Moore. He was kind, courteous and professional and had the repair completed by early evening. I would recommend Ark for any and all plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the service rendered by the technician: Richard Marshall this past Friday and all the staff I came in contact with. He kept abreast of all the concerns about the inspection he was performing and his findings and noted all recommendations and provided pictures to share with my client. While I greatly appreciate the communication via phone and text, I wish that can translate into using emails too as we need that in our line of business. We recently had a flooding issue in our master bathroom. After the site of the leak was detected, Michael came out and did the repair quickly and professionally. He explained the process as he did the repair and did an excellent job. He left the area cleaner than when he started. Ark Plumbing will be our plumber from now on!! Thanks again Michael!!

Michael is that dude. Tried to go through my home warranty company and the people they sent were rude and the pricing was stupid. Called Ark and they sent Michael. Super personable and gave me a reasonable estimate. Showed up and got right to work and walked me through what he was doing and why. Donovan was great. I had a simple issue which was fixed quickly. My only issue is that the person who handles the calls was not entirely knowledgeable on services and equipment the Ark plumbers have. Perhaps because I called on a weekend, it was obviously a 3rd party service who took and scheduled my appointment. It's a little annoying that incoming and outgoing calls with Ark always has a "this call is being recorded message". It gets awkward with an inbound call and the message plays. I'm not sure if its a spam call or legitimate call. Service was a little expensive, but that is not a factor in my review. I fully acknowledge my service was over the weekend and expected to pay a premium. Again, I am completely satisfied with the plumber and the service. A little disappointed with the administrative side of the business.

We had Ark Plumbing out to do a maintenance cleaning of out tankless water heater and Michael did an excellent and thorough job of performing the cleaning and also took the time to explain how the system works and what to do to keep it in good working order. Michael was very personal and professional and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and request Michael again.
