Repair Tech Jonas, very honest and informative about what was going on with my clothes dryer after analyzing the problem. I appreciate him, that fact that he let me know there was no problem with the dryer. It was an electrical issue going on. Not enough current to get the dryer to turn on properly and function. It's nice to see, that there are still honest repairmen out there in the field. Thank You so much, Jonas!

Very pleasant and a good technician. He was able to found out the problem in my washer. Not able to fix it because it will cause a lot but rather advised us to buy a new one since my washer is 12 years old. He’s very honest about it. Thanks for the service though.

Great communication, showed up on time, and diagnosed our problem properly without trying to gouge our wallets. Very honest tech with his assessment, didn’t push us into a repair that would cost more than a new fridge would cost, and will consult them again if anything needs fixing down the line.

My service was disappointing, I was overcharged in all parts. Service $90.00 for coming to my house. Had I known that a 15-year-old fridge would cost me $400 I would not if done it. Secondly, Jay did not give me the price of the job. He said he would send me an invoice, how come he didn't know the cost of the job? All the service people that I dealt with gave the price before they completed the work. I trust him because he repair my washer and price was reasonable. In our development we live by reference by residents. Sorry this company will not get one me.

Epic Appliance Repair was great! I called about issue with our fridge and they came out immediately the next day. Their tech, Jonas was professional and friendly and explained everything that was wrong with our fridge. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again! They were truly amazing!

This is the correct place...Technician seemed pretty "green" and somewhat fumbled around my fridge fixing it. It took 4 trips 2 for issues related to the repair not going smooth. Now my fridge wants to be a freezer (25 degF) and hasn't worked right since. They resisted fixing the first problem caused by the repair. Hundreds of $ Now I'm shopping for a new fridge.

I had Encore air conditioning technician, an authorized LG service center service my 4 zone mini split system which stopped running after 2 weeks from install. Jonas was prompt, professional and very thorough in his evaluation on the CH93 error code. The final diagnosis of chip board failure was under warranty and honored by LG thanks to The team at Encore. The only downside was as an LG appointed service center LG should have provided the diagnostic tools to evaluate the board, an gadget that costs about $150 which is essential for AC inverter system. Overall I recommend Encore for any appliance service.

Encore Appliance Repair provided excellent service. We scheduled originally with GE to have them service our washer. They were booked out 3 weeks! We called Encore and they had a same day opening. They were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for your appliance needs!
