When I called they were able to respond within a couple of hours. Service technician was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue with the spin cycle. He replaced the sensor and tested. Works great now.
The only thing is that the cost was a bit higher than I anticipated.

I called in the afternoon about a broken dishwasher. I was communicated with well throughout the process. My dishwasher was fixed in less than 24 hours and the technician whose name I forgot was very polite and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely use them again when inevitably another appliance breaks

Jonas was very professional. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing and why. He made sure the dishwasher worked properly after fixing it. We cleaned up the area prior to his departure.

Had a problem with our oven. Jonas knew what the problem was immediately and did a great job repairing it. What a nice young man. Very professional and knowledgeable. Encore will be our ‘go to’ appliance repair service from now on.

Jonas, is very friendly and definitely knows his way around all appliances and how to repair them. I called Samsung and got their ai run around for a week. I called Encore and immediately got to speak to a live person and they had Jonas out to my house two days later. I will definitely keep using Encore Appliance Repair for all of my appliances.

Technician “Sheraz” attempted to repair our LG Refrigerator/Freezer FIVE (5) times. Installed new ice-maker sent by LG, damaged part during installation, then made attempt to blame us (the customer!) for causing the damage! I advised LG Premium Care that Encore was never to come onto my property again! Absolutely horrible service and never ever fixed our issue of no ice!
