We recently had a flooding issue in our master bathroom. After the site of the leak was detected, Michael came out and did the repair quickly and professionally. He explained the process as he did the repair and did an excellent job. He left the area cleaner than when he started. Ark Plumbing will be our plumber from now on!! Thanks again Michael!!

Michael is that dude. Tried to go through my home warranty company and the people they sent were rude and the pricing was stupid. Called Ark and they sent Michael. Super personable and gave me a reasonable estimate. Showed up and got right to work and walked me through what he was doing and why. Could tell he took pride and care as if he working on his own home. Will definitely be reaching out again if needed. Thanks again Michael and Ark!

Donovan was great. I had a simple issue which was fixed quickly. My only issue is that the person who handles the calls was not entirely knowledgeable on services and equipment the Ark plumbers have. Perhaps because I called on a weekend, it was obviously a 3rd party service who took and scheduled my appointment. It's a little annoying that incoming and outgoing calls with Ark always has a "this call is being recorded message". It gets awkward with an inbound call and the message plays. I'm not sure if its a spam call or legitimate call. Service was a little expensive, but that is not a factor in my review. I fully acknowledge my service was over the weekend and expected to pay a premium. Again, I am completely satisfied with the plumber and the service. A little disappointed with the administrative side of the business.

We had Ark Plumbing out to do a maintenance cleaning of out tankless water heater and Michael did an excellent and thorough job of performing the cleaning and also took the time to explain how the system works and what to do to keep it in good working order. Michael was very personal and professional and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and request Michael again.

He answered all my questions and even helped and suggested the company to fix another issue. I will be using ARK again for our other issue. So far, I’m very pleased working with the ARK company.

Michael was awesome! Most service people when they come to your home you can tell they’re in a hurry and they’re trying to hurry up and get out and they’re not friendly and they just wanna be left alone, but Michael took the time to explain everything that was going on with my tankless water heater gave many suggestions. He gave me an honest assessment, he was friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Michael was fantastic! We had a shower where suddenly the water wouldn’t turn off, so we tried replacing the broken shower cartridge ourselves, no luck. Twice. Michael came out and installed a new shower cartridge.. instant success! What a relief, I’m definitely happy with this service.

Michael Moore spent today installing my new heat pump water heater and answering all my plumbing questions, and I am thrilled. It was a very professional job on a complicated piece of equipment, and now I qualify for tax credits and a rebate. He also had a quick look at why my garage sink drained slowly and why 1 of my toilets is making noises. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly, and he went above and beyond on this job. Had a really bad experience with this company. We are looking to get our hot water heater upgraded and were interested in hearing our options, spacifically related to an electric tankless heater. The technician arrived on time, but had absolutely no helpful info to give us. He refused to even discuss the electric tankless option, and instead recommended a gas heater option...even though our home doesnt have gas. He also mentioned just getting a bigger tank, which i followed up asking the pricing for that but he couldnt answer. He needed us to pick a size. So we did and he still didnt have any pricing to show us.

We waited over 45 minutes while he called several people to get quotes for things i feel he should have had going into the appointment. He answered almost none of our questions, (even basic ones like the difference between a tank and hybrid heater), something he should have just come prepared with. If you are coming to give someone a quote, wouldnt you have most of the pricing/spec information ready?

Ive never had a technician be so unprepared for even basic questions. We finally got sick of waiting and politely canceled the appointment. I called a local competitor who was able to immediately give us pricing for all the options as well as recommendations for whats best for our home. Theyll be coming out to do a formal quote next week and will just go with them.

Sidebar- no reflection on Michael, as he was great- but operator who scheduled could not give any idea of a cost for unclogging kitchen sink. Zero idea. No price range. If I didn’t need this done, I would’ve hung up and called someone else. It’s a great idea to have a basic price point and a highest price point. Customer service starts on the initial phone call and price is what matters in the very beginning. Michael was great at removing the issue so he was done within 40 minutes from coming in to finishing. The plumber/technician should not be the one who does the dirty work of quoting prices and fixing the problem. 😊

So happy I found them online. The reviews are right. They were wonderful. The gentleman showed up well within the time window. We were given an hour window which was awesome since so many other vendors just say the day and expect you to wait all day long. So that started things off nicely. We had several little things like ptrap cleaning, a drain stopper that didn't work, etc, but our main issue was water pressure. It was so bad, the shower would completely stop if you ran water in a sink. He fixed it so fast. Apparently there was buildup from the hard water. We have only lived here 4 years. Brand New house and it got bad so fast. He fixed it so we could run the shower, turn on the faucet, flush the toilet, and even turn on the tub faucet all at the same time and with great water pressure. Very happy.
