I bought a Groupon and didn't even reached the cleaning part. The number that was in Groupon, a guy answered me, he was taking lunch but couldn't talk to me about details to set up a cleaning appointment, and he asked me to send him my info and Groupon coupon but he never called or texted back. The next day I tried calling him and he didn't answer or texted me at all. So I ended up trading the Groupon for a company that answers their customers.

I have been using Pinheiros Cleaning company for my cleaning service for over 6years now. They have never disappoint me. They are very professional and very reliable.

Asked for a deep clean after some construction and I even tidied up before the ladies came. It was a young blonde girl and a older lady I gave them a list what needs to be cleaned in Portuguese (they don’t speak English) and after some time of leaving them alone I hear one of the ladies laughing while the other reads the list off. Found this offensive; they also were scheduled for 6 hours and they didn’t clean throughly of what I asked for them to do. Waste of time and money. Don’t schedule with them.

I just had their cleaning service this morning, at my home. I came back home to be completely SPEECHLESS!!!!! The two ladies did an AMAZING job !!!! The whole house was PERFECTLY CLEAN and they paid attention to every detail!!!

We originally found Pinheiro's Cleaning Services on Groupon. We purchased their deal, and we spoke to discuss the details of the cleaning. We were moving out of the home, so they stated that the Groupon isn't good towards a move out clean, and we would have to pay the difference in cost. We were accepting of that, and agreed on a price to cover the difference.

However, the day of the cleaning two cleaners arrived and walked around the house. They told me they needed x amount of hours and needed to call their boss to get approval. One cleaner returned and wanted me to speak to her boss. He indicated that the cost to cover the difference was not the same (higher) than the company originally agreed to. And he blamed the original agreement on "a previous employee who no longer works for him". He also rambled about how much money he loses by using Groupon, and wanted us to request a refund, and pay the cost of a move out cleaning comparable to the size of the house.
Being that the house cleaning needed to happen that day, I agreed to pay the difference in cost so that the cleaners could get to work.

An hour before their scheduled end, one cleaner asked that I speak to her boss again. He said the cleaners needed more time to get what we had asked completed. My issue is that he was asking for more compensation based on a poor estimate that his cleaners did upon arrival. I asked them multiple times at the start if they were sure and they responded that they would be ok. I did some of the cleaning myself to help them out, and told them I did not want to change the amount of time they had to finish what we agreed upon.

After verifying another time with them, they stated they had enough time to finish the work we agreed to. I had an appointment, and head to leave the home and told them I would return later after they were gone. When I returned, I found that several of the things we agreed would be done were not touched (all kitchen cabinets, all window sills, all baseboards, etc.). I spent another two hours that night cleaning the areas they told me they would be able to complete.

My review of the actual cleaning is that the cleaners did a very good job on what the did clean. Bathrooms and kitchen appliances looked great.
Five out of five stars for the labor.

As for the business owner, his business acumen, his professionalism, and cleaner's ability to properly estimate their work, I rate Pinheiros Cleaning a one out of five. It isn't proper to blame an agreement your company makes on someone "who no longer works for you" and then not honor it. Learn to own the decisions your employees make, or get out of the business of running a business.

They did not stay the time I paid for. Did not dust any furniture in any of the bedrooms. The vacuum they used made it look like they didn’t even vacuum. I called to complain that I got ripped out of 25 min of two people. That’s 50 minutes of time for one person I got screwed out of. The manager said oh ok I will check. Called me back to tell me I was wrong, they left to take the trash out and came back in. Really. That’s the kind of customer service you get. Stay away, and do not bother buying from Groupons because you will not get the time promised.

Wow, very disappointed. I paid with Groupon. Scheduled my home cleaning in advance, and I got a confirmation the day before for 11am today 5-2-22 and nothing-NCNS. I cancel my specialist appointment for the same day, and my wife took the day off. We wasted time and money. Stay away from this comany.

Never again. My house was already clean but needed a nice touch up so I got the 2 cleaners for 2hours expecting to come home to a fresh house and I was so unhappy with the service. My room was left in the same order I left it, they didn’t touch the kitchen or living room, dishes were still in the sink, fingerprints were all down my mirror and items ended up missing from my room. I wasn’t home during the service so I was charged before seeing the finished effort trusting this was a honorable company. I texted and called multiple times after arriving and got no answer. The following day I called multiple times asking to either have a cleaning crew return or have my money refunded and still got ignored and have yet to have anyone contact me back. As a business owner myself I think this company was extremely unprofessional and gave poor service. I have yet been able to get ahold of someone since.

My experience with Pinheiros cleaning service has been exceptional. The have a cleaning team that is friendly. cooperative and their work is exceptional. I would recommend Pinheiros to everyone.

Have been using this service since last 1 year now. The most unreliable service. So frequently they have been cancelled the service. Their maids have no shows at runtime and these guys don't have any backup maids. If you are scheduling the cleaning before guests are arriving or for any festival, trust me you are surely doomed. They will ditch you and won't turnup. Such a horrible service that I have finally decided to change my cleaning service vendor. Plz be careful if you are trying to use them for sure.

I purchased this cleaning service as a Groupon. What luck to find such a wonderful company! Our home had not been cleaned since before the holidays. These ladies are miracle workers. My husband & I are small business owners with 2 children. We have stuff everywhere! They maneuvered there way around our home with ease & grace. They left my home impeccable, fragrant & organized. I misunderstood the terms of my Groupon. The owner handled my questions & concerns with amazing professionalism. They are consummate professionals that exceeded my expectations for service & price.
