The team arrived and went right to work. They were very friendly and cleaned very well. I had a team of 3 girls. My home looked so good after they finished. Smelled great and I felt that it was a good value for the money. I would definitely recommend this company. I plan to call them again next month.

I have used this company for years. I’ve watched them grow and expand and the service is still as good as it was. It can be different staff each visit but I’m always happy with the cleaning. They have made it easy to pay and are reasonably priced. The staff is always prompt and sweet

I recently hired Pinheiros’s Cleaning for a thorough cleaning of my house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This company it's a no NOT! terrible work. I'm currently looking for a housecleaner bought a Groupon to try them and that was a big mistake. Work was terrible, I bough 4 men hours and got 3hrs of 1 non-experience lady that did basically nothing to my house. I contacted company no answer, and btw no money back from Groupon. I filed a complain and nop. NOTHING. I understand this price is not the price to clean my house, I understand also this sale is a marketing tool where you show people your work and so get new clients by giving them a chance to try your cia. I tried and let me tell you they did nothing to my house. I expected the basics, dust, bath, surfaces kitchen floor. I'm telling you, One lady got in my house 1 hour late did almost nothing and left little before 3 hours working. I did expected an expert person or team. Disappointed I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. She didn't even move the kitchen rug by sink to clean the floor. Come on! Stay away.And Even knowing I complained with company and Groupon less then 2 weeks after I bough the deal they said I could not have my money back because I missed the time frame to complain, like what? less then 2 weeks. wow. Groupon also is not the same anymore. stay away!!!

Pinheiro’s Cleaning never disappoints. They’re professional but also very personable, and they always leave my home feeling fresh and spotless.

Wanted to charge me more for cleaning because I told them there was some construction done to the property. I even went and lightly dusted it myself prior to them coming so it wouldn’t be too dusty. I have pictures of the property before for proof. They did not touch the kitchen at all, it looks just how I left it. See pics. Now I have to show the property tomorrow and have to clean it myself 8 months pregnant. I should have cleaned it myself to begin with. When I contacted them about the poor job, they said I would have to pay for two more hours because they needed more time, even though I already paid for 5 man hours. I cleaned the entire property myself, pregnant in an hour. Don’t waste your money. Hard to believe that the pictures I posted are the AFTER pics
