Ero and her crew do a PHENOMENAL job with our house. She started cleaning our townhouse years ago and they have never disappointed us. It's nice to come home after a long day of work to a clean, organized, good smelling home. Definitely recommend her if you are in need of cleaning services!!!

I have 2 kids and 2 dogs and I’ll be honest, I’m not the most eager to come in after work on any given day and clean my place. I am so glad I decided to bite the bullet and hire EPS. Very well worth it. They did an amazing job. I don’t think my place was this clean even when I moved in.

I have had several cleaning companies and independent cleaners in the past. But this company shows up on time with all supplies ready to clean. Something I get impressed with is, that they put back in place items they dust or wipe down. They work fairly quietly so I can do my work also. My house looks and smells tidy and clean when they're done. Very friendly staff and easy to get along with.

Could not be happier with how my home looks after the cleaning!

A one star for this company is too much. Here is the message sent to the owner Jill who continues to lie and say that she needs to speak with management about the issues. Besides everything mentioned below, I was told 2 people would be coming with all needed supplies, only one person showed up. The person who came did not have a vacuum, duster or many other necessary cleaning supplies. Needless to say my place is still a mess and I am stuck paying a professional company to clean.

I would like to fully explain my displeasure with your company. This has been a very painful experience and I would like you to understand all the failures I have faced.
1. I canceled within the allotted time of your terms. 2 days. I only cancelled because I didn’t have a set reschedule date because I was sorting other things out. You called and threatened me that I must pay a 50% cancellation fee. Since I always intended to continue service I agreed however a bit reluctantly because it was unfair and not what your policy stated.
2. You then asked to charge my card the 50% which again wasn’t agreed to prior. I was told the card on file was just to hold the appointment and not be charged. I intended to pay cash however once again a policy change and you demanded a deposit. I again reluctantly agreed to pay half.
3. You then charged my credit card in full on Saturday before any services were rendered which is frankly quite fraudulent. At this point I was not happy with your actions and was lied to on the phone by you.
4. You send someone on Monday that was inexperienced and unprepared. She lacked the proper tools and after spending the day cleaning the place is still filthy. I was promised the appliances would be cleaned inside as well as baseboards and specially asked for the dust hanging from the ceiling be removed.
5. You offered a insulting $31 discount (Paid $315) for something I was going to have to pay a new company to come out and redo.
6. I opted for the option to have some “more experienced” as you said, clean today. My time frame was 9-10. At 10:07 no one had showed up and I needed to get to work. I lost another hour of work today because of this ordeal.

It was wonderful glad we had Her name was Suzette and she was absolutely amazing. She was nonstop and I highly recommend. She’s very pleasant friendly requested to have a conduct to my house.

My parents passed and I came down initially to review the home. It needed to be cleaned. I contacted various cleaning services and Jill was on top of it by email and phone. She s we need Suzette cleaner extraordinaire. The house had not been this clean in 20 years. I had Jill's company and Suzette come back weekly until the home sold. The final cleaning preclosing was impeccable. I am awaiting the new owners to arrive and thank me for leaving the house spotless. Thank you Jill and Suzette. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I hired Town Home Cleaning Service team to clean my mother’s home as a Christmas gift. My mother was so thankful and impressed by the cleaning crew! They showed up on time, listened to my mom’s needs for some areas that needed extra care, and did a great job! Very courteous and professional. I hope to hire them again!
