I found these folks through Groupon. I needed a really good cleaning after being away for several months. Maria and Rayanna did a fabulous job on my condo. They were quick and efficient. They didn’t just clean around things. They moved things and made sure counters and tabletops were spotless. My kitchen hasn’t been this clean since I moved in!

I originally purchased this service on groupon and went on to use the company 5 more times. On each occasion new people came to my house and i consistently attempted to select the same individuals who I felt did a good job. Each time I scheduled i made specific request and each time at least 1 person if not both was a new person. Most of the times they did a good job, almost all times they were prompt and even early. On my last time using this company the two girls showed up 10 minutes late (not a huge deal) neither spoke English. I called Ricardo immediately and told him i felt uncomfortable and wanted to reschedule. He told me they (the girls he sent this time) could call the girl Karen (who i requested) and speak to her in spanish. After talking to Ricardo by phone I agreed and then girls told me Karen no longer works there and they didn’t know how to contact her. They stayed and cleaned and we did our best to communicate with one another but their English was very limited and my Spanish is limited but manageable. The girls left streaks all over my floors and they were sticky when done. OVerall the girls were nice, but the job was not well done. I addressed it with Ricardo immediately and he failed to respond in any way to my complaint. Yesterday after 2 months he sent me a text asking if I Want to schedule another cleaning. he asked if everything ok at my last cleaning. When I brought up my complaints and even resent photo of floors with streaks all over them, he went silent again with not a single response. I would have continued to use the company if he had addressed my concern and made good on the experience. Instead he chose not to respond and avoid my concerns. Poor customer services. inconsistent quality.

The ladies were very thorough and has does an amazing job. They cleaned independently without congregating and was done cleaning in a good time. I have used this company for a while now. I would recommend to others.

This cleaning service I have used for about 6 months. They have great cleaners but customer service is the worst that I experience. They often try to upcharge you by saying the cleaners need more time.

The most recent time is when I had an appointment set for 1 pm on Saturday. This was a move out cleaning and I was meeting the new owners and wanted a cleaning before transferring ownership. The cleaners arrived at 12 pm. not sure why, and when I was not there, because our appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, left at 12:45. When I called to see if they were en route. The owner told me that because he called me at 12, one hour before our appointment. That he sent the cleaners to do another job. I was very disappointed in his service and his handling of not cleaning our home. I also was shocked that he offers no remedy! He did not say he would take ownership of the mistake and bring the cleaners back, or at the very minimum offer our family a free cleaning.

If you need to find a cleaning company, keep looking. They are not a good solution long term.

The ladies are so detailed and also so sweet. Let them know of anything specific and they’ll get the job done. They are so thorough and didn’t miss any spots! They come on time and leave on time. My home smells edible 😍

I booked an appointment for a move in clean. My apartment is only 850 sqft. They cleaned for 2 1/2 hours but when I came home only my floors were cleaned. They were supposed to clean out the drawers, dust, sanitize. None of my kitchen drawers were cleaned, my fans still had dust on all the blades and they did a really bad job sanitizing. I went to lay my daughter down and I noticed there were large chunks of BROKEN GLASS in her crib. I contacted the company to ask for a refund or have someone come back and clean again. I explained the broken glass (thank god I saw it) and I never got a response from the owner. It’s been two weeks. Do not use this company.

I bought an offer at the groupon, I booked the cleaning they canceled 2 days before the appointment, I booked again they canceled on the day of the appointment! I asked them to tell me what day they can come, they scheduled and canceled again, finally after 3 months and 4 times I booked the visit they came !!!! my god, the service is terrible, my house got worse than it was, I do not recommend this terrible company to anyone, it has no responsibility, they do not do what they agree, they make you an idiot for months, to do a terrible job at your house! they are not respectful!

Maria and Wanda did a great job at our place and they were easy to set-up the cleaning visit. We are looking forward to have them on a regular basis as they did a great job !!! They were on time eventhough we had to reschedule and they stay longer than we expected until they finished cleaning. Very friendly bunch!

I have used Pinheiros Cleaning before and I have found the ladies to be professionals, but somehow when Ana Celia and Giovanna were finished cleaning my house, it looked and smelled clean and fresh. They came a little late because they could not locate the address, but what they lost in time, they certainly made up in quality. I will certainly use them again. Thank you ladies.

I enjoy getting my house cleaned by Pinheiros cleaning teams. They pay attention to what you want done and will redo any area that you want cleaned more extensively. They bring they’re own equipment and go out of their way to please you. Roses or vows on toilet paper, hotel towel folds and all details that make your house look outstanding!

Did an amazing job, very professional and thorough. I was so relieved when I came home bc I have been too busy to clean. Amazing service! Went above and beyond. I only planned on hiring them once to help me catch up but may be considering periodically😁🤗

They cleaned for about an hour, said that they were leaving on a 20 minute lunch break, then never came back. They sent me a text only after I asked and said that my dogs that were kept in separate rooms at all times had scared one of the maids.

The maids spoke zero English and I had to communicate with them using Google translate. As those interactions added up it wasted a lot more time than I thought it would.

Later they tried to bill me for more time than they actually spent working (2 hours). After some pushing they rescheduled with me with another pair of maids but then never showed up after I asked for a discount. I asked because they ruined my schedule the first day and also the way they left on the basis of a lie made me very uncomfortable like I was being accused of being dangerous. I'm about the smallest guy you'd ever meet.

I was overcharged for a normal
Cleaning for a small 2/2 villa. Was told closest cleanup would be included, I ended up doing it myself. Had to pay extra to have them clean fridge and oven. Paid $240 for a basic clean….tried them before this when I had a two/two a few years back but doesn’t seem to be the same company.

I had their cleaning services for first time and I'm pleased with scheduling and they arrived my house promptly on-time. The 2 girls that came to my house was really nice and did AMAZING job. They are punctual, professional, and also very detail-oriented and house is was PRETTY CLEAN. I sincerely recommend this company!!!

Wow reading the 1 star reviews makes me wonder if it’s the same company because the few times they’ve come to clean has been awesome. They’ve done an incredible job. I used to think I was good cleaner but then they come through and I’m like Oh so that’s how couch cushions are arranged. Oh that’s how a kitchen is supposed to look! Lol. They are kind and efficient and clean so well. I’ve had no problems. I only started using them during the end of my 3rd trimester but now the husband is on board for them to come bi-monthly!

We have been using this company for over a year and they are fantastic. Andreia was very friendly and communicated clearly. In addition to them dusting all of our ceiling fans, they wiped down the fronts of our kitchen cabinets and appliances. We can not recommend them highly enough!

Bad business practices. I’ve been using them for a couple years. They notified me of price increase the day before the appointment. They’ve also started to demand payment in full prior to receiving the service. I’ve never not paid after receiving service.

They also want to force you to keep a card on file so they can charge as they please. Use to be a good company, but they’ve changed their policies. I’ve had many cancellations and rescheduling on their part over the years, hence another reason why I’m hesitant to pay in full prior to service. The ladies do clean well, but unfortunately, bad management.

Fabulous! Fantastic! I am walking around my house so happy because it looks like the day I moved into my home - it was immaculately clean and now it is again. I would recommend the company 100% plus the 3 women were very nice AND super professional… go for it — so worthwhile ! You only live once (supposedly ;) so make a good thorough cleaning a gift to you and your family.

I am very pleased with this company, because they are very responsive over the phone, confirms your appointment the day before. They did a great job cleaning a 3/2 home with in just 2 hours. Arrived on schedule time. Dusted vacuum and mopped floors. There were a few minor missed spots, but I am a very detailed person. Overall it was good quality for the two hours they were here.

I’ve been using them for years and they’ve always done a good job. always ask me to check before they leave and clean where i ask them too. i continue to use them because they are kind and respectful and work efficiently.

Not only did I receive 3 different text messages on the day of my cleaning to change the time due to “emergencies” but the 2 ladies were late. And then I have a small 3 bedroom home and in the 2hrs I told them the floors, bathroom, kitchen was the most important. At the end of the 2hrs the ladies tell me they didn’t finish and would need an extra 45$ for an extra 30 min to do the kitchen and the floor in the living room. Absolutely not worth 140$ for 2hrs to also pay an additional 45$ for 30 min. There are much better companies out there.
