I am in property management and we use CPM's services for our community. Mark Boyer is attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. If there is an issue, Mark will address the situation and determine the best possible solution. I genuinely appreciate Mark's time and commitmment with regards to beautifying the community.

I have worked with CPM/Victor for just under a year and I appreciate his demeanor and understanding to my request. He tries to do his best and continues to improve his communication as it applies to following up on pending needs. Our HOA switched to CPM last year...what a big difference! The property manager, Victor Flores was so amazing. He pointed out things I never understood and helped fix the "poor management" of all the previous landscaping companies we had. He was so knowledge , respectfull and friendly...always paying attention to detail!!

Hats off to CPM Jodi Spaulding and his team. They did a fantastic job removing some hardwood trees in our community within coral lakes. Also their cleanup is amazing. We have them do tree trimming every year and they are very accommodating and the work is spot on!! Thank you Jodi once again for a great job!!!

You can often see Victor driving around our community, where he takes the time to clean up and adjust the landscaping. He also makes it a point to pick up trash as he goes around.

We live in a community that is maintained by CPM. We have also hired them privately to fix water issues by re-sloping rocks, bury gutter spout drains, etc. Jeff is super responsive and the jobs were done in a very timely manner. I thought he gave us a fair price as well. We also put a propane tank under our driveway and had an irrigation issue. Glen helped us with planning and was super easy to work with. He was super responsive to come repair the leaking pipe quickly. 5 stars.

Kenny is an absolute rockstar and a great partner to work with. He’s reliable, proactive, and always one step ahead. You can tell he genuinely cares about the property and takes pride in everything he does. He’s quick to respond, always goes the extra mile, and truly makes a difference in how smoothly everything runs. I’ve never had a better irrigation manager.

CPM does the property maintenance and design at Dakota, a GL community in Delray Beach, FL. They do an excellent job. CPM services our neighborhood which I feel they do a great job but because they service our neighborhood I had to use them to cap lines for our pool installation and landscaping irrigation. I contacted Oscar Lema from CPM regarding my issue with my sprinklers and within 10 minutes he and Jesse met me at my home to take care of the problem. His response time and customer service are outstanding. Jesse also was knowledgeable and was able to get the sprinklers working correctly. I know that when our community needs something done quickly and competently Oscar Lema is the one to call.

Living at Regency at Avenir comes with all the excitement—and stress—of moving into a new home, but one person has truly made it easier. Oscar Lema takes the frustration out of maintaining my yard. Though he’s a manager, he’s incredibly hands-on, always available to answer questions and make sure any landscaping concerns are handled quickly and thoroughly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and responsive—Oscar truly goes above and beyond.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by the manager Oscar Lema. I shared with him (when I saw down the street), that there were weeds growing in the lavas rocks between my house and my neighbor’s house. He responded, “I will see it right now”. He came by to see the problem right away. Then in less than half an hour he came back and took care the problem, himself. His quick response, willingness to do a good job, friendliness and to keep the customers satisfied are qualities hard to find nowadays. I give an A+ to Oscar Lema.

Best landscaping company we have ever had. There have been 5 or 6 in the years we have had condos and CPM is by far the most conscientious. They always do a thorough job.

Dave is always available with practical solutions to every landscaping problem. The work he and his team does is always first class. Ari does an excellent job making sure everything goes smoothly. They make working with CPM enjoyable.
