We’ve been so impressed with the work CPM has done in our neighborhood! Their team is professional, reliable, and truly takes pride in their work. Every yard they touch looks neat, healthy, and well cared for. They go above and beyond, whether it’s keeping lawns perfectly trimmed, planting beautiful seasonal flowers, or making sure everything is cleaned up before they leave.

It’s great to have a local company that genuinely cares about their customers and the community. We couldn’t recommend CPM more highly for anyone looking for quality, dependable landscaping.

I have been impressed with CPM for the short amount of time they have serviced our community (less than 2 weeks). Communication and service has been excellent. I had an issue with my irrigation and David Landers the irrigation manager was quick to respond and fix the complicated issue quickly. I was able to work with the team Dee Montgomery with proposals and billing, Alan with irrigation, and Alex Parez the account manager who all provided excellent service. I have had several unpleasant encounters with other companies, so it was refreshing to work with a company like CPM who not only responds in a timely manner, but provides quality service. Thank you CPM and team for helping me in a critical time to have my irrigation resolved just prior to my pool construction. Thankful client who looks forward to working with you again.

CPM did a major project for me and the transformation of my property is outstanding! Michael Johnson of CPM managed the entire project. Mike personally did the design that was amazing, he was on site every step of the way from removing all the existing plant material to placement of all the new plantings, new irrigation, down to the last finishing touches!!
I highly recommend Complete Property Maintenance, they are very professional, very well managed and they preform as promised.

CPM services my community, the guys that come here are very nice. Alex in particular, I believe he is the manager, works REALLY HARD, he’s always doing hard work, and the guys that work with him seem to respect him, he is very accommodating, very nice attitude, always going the extra mile, he’s incredibly busy but he will try to help you if he can. He makes CPM look good.

Alex the skinny guy with the big hat driving the little cart around checking that everything looks good is very kind and very nice.

Our property (Clairmont condo E) has been professionally managed by Complete Property Management for more than a year now and Mr. Chesky Dumay has been very responsive to our needs and concerns. His employees are diligent in carrying out their duties. Our residents are pleased with the appearance and maintenance of our property.

I service a few homes where CPM works and often see them servicing the area. They are a great company overall, professional, respectful, and I always hear positive feedback from the homeowners I work with.

I’ve had to call the office a few times due to a truck temporarily blocking access, and I always ask for Claudia’s extension because she has been outstanding every single time. She responds quickly, follows up within minutes, and even recognizes my voice and calls me by name. That level of service is rare.

Both the field team and the office staff are phenomenal, but Claudia truly stands out.

Since moving into my new community, my experience with our landscape manager Victor Flores has been exceptional. I give him five stars for his professionalism, reliability, and knowledge of landscaping and HOA requirements. From our first meeting, his friendly and courteous nature stood out. He provides prompt communication, always returning my calls and texts immediately. When I recently had plants replaced, he demonstrated a keen attention to detail, carefully listening to my vision for the outcome. The project was completed beautifully and efficiently by him and his team. I highly recommend Victor for his outstanding work and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Jodie Spalding was excellent to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for with the tree trimming work and made sure the job was performed as discussed. Professional from start to finish. Great communication and very reasonable cost. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend.

I hired CPM Lawn to do a trimming in a large tree in my backyard. They had around 5 to 6 skilled professionals and did a very technical and precise job. They followed all local and environmental rules. Besides that, they had a truck with required machinery to do the job and to collect the debris. Besides all technical skills, their price was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

This company is one the finest companies I have dealt with in Florida. Starting with Adam Kanter and then the rest of his crew, customer service is rule number one. They know how to make their customers at ease by using professionalism and knowledge throughout. They removed three trees and planted three. They fixed my soil erosion problem and laid down new sod for me. Many neighbors came to compliment the job that LLP performed. Will gladly recommend this company for all landscaping work.

I got them on video. For a better view. These stupid guys not picking up the leaves. Blowing them to me so I have to pick them up which I have before! They hire people who aren’t eligible to work. Ask me why I say that.

In a dry desert, Amko is a welcome oasis. We have fairly intricate decorative landscaping and have gone through more than ten services. Finally, we were fortunate to have found Amko. Dan and all his crew are prompt, professional, thorough, responsive and have made our property look its very best. Everyone is personable as well as professional. They are responsive and a pleasure to work with. They know what they are doing and are willing to go the extra mile.

Don’t! Eddie sold the business to guys who had no idea about landscaping and had lied about just about everything. It blew my mind. They ruined my Sylvester palm, killed about 10 important plants that lined my back windows. And then never showed up again. I had been loyal where neighbors - who I referred to them were not and fired them within two months. Stay away from these people. Bad gardeners. Bad people.

Great work, reasonable price

He gave me excuse after excuse. He took more than a month to do a 1 day job and the end result wasn't good. All the sod he installed died.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I Requested tree trimming service, wound up with a yard that looked like a hurricane came through it. Crushed my original plants, knocked down one of my other trees, and the best part is, they acted like nothing happened when they gave me my bill. They also promised to replace my tree that they accidentally uprooted, but did not deliver on that either. Not a surprise. Stay away from these amateurs.

I just purchased my home and my yard needed a lot of work. I had ET Landscaping remove tree, stump grind, pallets of sod, planted trees, bushes, plants and mulched beds. Everything was meticulously done and I'm very happy with my yard. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

EXCELLENT ON-TIME WORK; FAIRLY PRICED TOO
Pulled out and replaced the landscaping in front of my home. Ed and his team were professional and easy to communicate with by text or phone. Job completed as planned and scheduled for a fair price. Left the property clean and much better looking. :-)

Would definitely use them again.
