First off wow! These guys were so professional and weren’t messing around! The price was UNBEATABLE and so was the service! They cleaned up a HUGE amount of debris for me after some mega home projects. I will only be using them from now on and referring everyone to them for junk removal needs! Don’t even think about calling someone else.

Dan and his team are the best!! They are very professional, responsive, efficient and did a complete clear out of my two bedroom apartment in a just a few hours. Moving can be very stressful and I am glad I could count on them to make this process stress free :D

If I could rate this compay 5 more stars at one time I definitely would. Dan is extremely nice, and works easily around my schedule. I am a single mother and had no help with removing a few heavy items from in front of my house. I called Dan after rescheduling and within an hour his crew was there to clear out my items. It was perfect timing and perfect delivery. Ten stars! Thank you Junk Smart!

Be cautious; they will increase their prices continuously. They will also take photos of any renovations currently underway and report them to the city. This happened to us. The workers opened a safe in the house we had just purchased and pretended that its contents were garbage in order to steal it.

They used my vacuum, my garbage bags, ran up my water when they weren’t supposed to, and created a leak from the second floor down to the first floor and even opened my safe without my knowledge—which is completely unacceptable. I was more than fair in offering $400 for removing the wood floor in one room. Given everything that happened, I said think that’s more than reasonable.

On top of that, someone put a pink Post-it note on my Bluetooth speaker and left it outside pretending it was trash—if I hadn’t been there, it would’ve been taken. That’s completely unacceptable.
All of this happened over an additional $100. Daniel contacted the city, trying to report me and put a violation on my house. He even took pictures of the electrical work being done, attempting to sabotage our project.
