Honestly, I am so sensitve when it comes to reviews - who to believe - who not to believe but I say with full excitement that MaidPro - under the care and direction of Vonnie has NEVER (and I mean NEVER) let me down. Our apartment belonged to my grandparents. With grama gone, my grandfather remains with us in NYC. I go with my friends 2 or 3 times a year for weekends away from New York. I have never had a problem booking time for a cleaning - it is seamless, easy, and hassle free. They get the key from my neighbor - clean - give the key back and done. Our neighbor has a quick look - and its always perfect. I asked a huge favor as I had unexpected guests come by for Christmas there to borrow the apartment. Even though Vonnie was incredibly booked up - she found time for me which really was appreciated. I'm going down in a few days and her gals will clean the apartment once again. I really feel like there's a fantastic trustworthy quality cleaning crew there now - and that eliminates a lot of my stress about the upkeep of the apartment. I think that is their goal - to leave that stress to them - and they do a really genuinely good job! I'm a customer for life. Vonnie - you are so appreciated.

Tenecia (Nina) arrived promptly and after introductions were made and we walked the house, we discussed exactly what she intended to do, I added a couple of things I’d like her to do and Nina then immediately got to work. She did a fine job and our house was sparkling. We are happy with this service and will continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis.

Our first time with a cleaning company. Vilma did an excellent job on the entire house for my parents! She was very kind and courteous to my parents as well as they’re both in their mid 80’s and it always concerns me they are treated well in the fragile state they’re in from others. Both my parents commented to me on what a great job she did. They are not easy to please, so I was extremely happy. After the initial cleaning, we are definitely going to continue with recurring service.

I have been using this company now for approx 6 weeks and am very pleased with the value and response from company. Initially the cleaning job was very good, however, I was looking for a bit more attention to details. I spoke with my point of contact through the company (very easy to reach) who assigned another maid pro to my house. ARGELIA L has been a godsend. She is friendly, attentive to details, and has been great about adjusting to additional feedback so I have my house exactly the way I want. It's also very nice to have the same person come each time. I have been using their cleaning services on a weekly basis and I plan to continue :) Would highly recommend.

This was my first time using this cleaning service and they did an excellent job. The cleaning tech they sent, Maria, was excellent and very professional. I showed her my concerns over my bathroom which was a total wreck and she didn’t shy away and said she would try her best. When I say it was a wreck… it was horrible. Anyways, after she was done, the entire apartment , including the bathroom looked absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Maidpro and Maria did an absolute amazing job! Will definitely be continuing to use their service.

I hired this company to clean my house on December 24th. One of the cleaners opened the jewelry drawer in one of my bedroom closets. It's a very small closet that was filled with bags of gifts on the floor. There was absolutely no reason to be in the closet. No other drawers in any part of the house such as the kitchen were opened. Again, the only drawer opened was my jewelry drawer. I happen to walk into the bedroom when the cleaner was in the closet. She quickly closed the drawer when she saw me and then nervously stated, "It's clean." Maid Pro charged over $400.00 for 2 cleaners to clean the house for 3.5 hours. With the amount of money the company charges, I assumed they would train their staff not to open drawers in closets. Interestingly, Maid Pro does not clean ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, etcetera without charging an extra fee. Yet, the cleaner chose to "clean" my jewelry drawer. It took three emails for a company representative to contact me. She offered no remedy other than she would speak to the cleaner.

I recently had Marjorie from Maid Pro come to clean my house, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. Marjorie was incredibly thorough and efficient in her work. She paid attention to detail, ensuring every corner of my home was spotless by the time she finished.

What impressed me most about Marjorie was her professionalism and friendly demeanor. She arrived on time, listened attentively to my specific requests, and executed them flawlessly. She also had a positive attitude throughout the cleaning process, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Additionally, Maid Pro deserves commendation for their exceptional service. From scheduling the appointment to the actual cleaning service, everything was seamless and well-coordinated. Susana was amazing! She took direction very well with where I wanted her to prioritize while also cleaning areas I didn't think she'd get to. She was very fast and efficient. My husband and I were very pleased. After just having a new baby, this was exactly what we needed to be taken off our plate. I wish I took a before & after photo because the difference is astounding.
