I have a 2/1 apartment …. I used their service in 2021 and paid $80.. I called today to schedule another cleaning and they DRASTICALLY went up on their prices! For the same exact cleaning I received in 2021 is now $198! …. That’s wild AF.

I made an appointment with this company after receiving my quote even though their prices are much higher than other companies. I really needed the service since I had family coming to town. I accepted the terms and conditions which made very clear 1 major rule and that is if I cancelled within 48hrs I would still pay the full price for the cleaning. Well I was called Wednesday, the day before my scheduled cleaning and was told they didnt have cleaners and they needed to reschedule my cleaning for Monday. (4 freaking days after my appointment) I wasn't offered an incentive for this last minute change...no free cleaning (which is what their rule states...if I cancelled they'd get free money), nope, just an I'm sorry. It was last minute so I couldn't find another company to do the job. I did it myself like I always do..it's my home and it's not a pigs pen. I simply didnt want to do it myself. First impressions are everything and MAID PRO didnot display a good first impression.

Used MaidPro for the first time yesterday. VERY happy with the cleaning. Tina was very professional and nice. The cost was fair and not too high. Very easy to arrange the service I needed. I will use this company again.

I used Maidpro service for the first time. This was a general cleaning. Overall, they did a great job! My cleaning professional, Yoharys did excellent work. The floors were clean, and blankets were folded. My kitchen was cleaned well, and my stovetop was sparkling. I will use Maidpro again.

I don't dust; I don't wipe down walls or cabinets, and I rarely mop. I tidy up, sweep a bit, vacuum a bit. After 5 years, my home got noticeably dirty in less-trafficked areas, and some furniture/ appliances had a pretty serious amount of dust buildup on them. I called MaidPro to start a monthly cleaning cycle. Griselle came out yesterday. I was very pleased with the work, everything looks, feels, and smells clean. Bathroom, floor, walls, dust... all taken care of.

Great cleaning by Marlen and Adis. They were thorough and very pleasant to have in the house. Juan and Bryan were also very helpful getting the process set up and our house cleaning on the way. They made it a personalized experience. I would recommend MaidPro.
