They were not very professional, it was my first time redoing a pool and they hired sloppy contractors, they did bad pavements, it flooded, then they never acid wash or sealed and we spent a pretty penny. They came out to the property 3 times and I'm still very unhappy....

I reached out to them and someone called me back and said the owner would give me a call. After 3 days I spoke with someone on the phone that told me my project would cost double my budget without coming to see the job and without knowing the actual scope of work. I guess my project wasn't large scale enough and they wanted to get rid of me. And it worked

Had to have shower retiled after pan replacement. Contacted a few people, got nowhere, just strung along or put off. Contact J, he knew exactly what I was asking and asked the right questions back. Got the job done professionally and beautifully. If anything else is needed OSC is first on the list.

I used One Stop Construction for an entire home remodeling in the Coconut Grove area. The General Contractor Jesus Velasquez and his entire team were very professional and were able to complete the project on time. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects!!

My corner home was damaged by a vehicle which resulted in major structural damages and as a result of the damages, the house was deemed an unsafe structure by the Miami Dade Building department. We were very fortunate to hire One Stop Construction Inc, they helped us through this difficult time in our life to obtaining the proper structural plans required, repair all damages to Miami Dade Building codes and closed out all permits. I would highly recommend this company to any one that is looking for a very honest and reliable construction company.

South Florida is the home of many unscrupulous, fly by night companies. However, I have been very pleased with One Stop, and am contracting for additional work with them.

Joel is reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. His eye for design and attention to detail was an asset to our small remodel project. He's very knowledgeable in codes/permits, design, and architecture, and helped us keep our project within our budget. I look forward to working with One Stop again for our larger-scale home redesign and remodel.

Hired One Stop Construction in May 2019 for an addition remodel and roof work. Was informed by Jesus the owner the work will take 3 to 4 months for completion. By the end of September, the work was not completed as scheduled. I always had to be on top of him and the contractor for progress status. The following year by March, the work was nearly completed but the pandemic occurred and everything had to shut down so work stopped. The work was contracted to be finished in 2019. Not until May 2020 is when we received the final CO for the work that was promised over 6 months prior. Besides the work delay, we had other issues such as waiting for their workers for certain jobs as framing & electrical. Having issues with other contractors they hired. They are good-hearted individuals but for the work I would not hire or recommend for hire.

Every aspect of my dealing with One Stop Construction was spot on. I hold quality and professionalism in the highest regard and I was extremely pleased. From the no-contact review of my project by video conference to the follow-through to the finish, all was very seamless. Although I had a small project the attention I received was immaculate.

Great experience working with One Stop. Great contractor, very communicative. Left trash one day, called Bruno, he came right away to pick up. Very satisfied with them. Would MOST definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for work done in their property.

We hired OSC for an addition to our home. Immediately after signing and paying our first payment, we lost communication with the owner ( no answers to texts, emails, phone calls). His permit runner made a ton of simple mistakes that I as a first time home owner am still paying for. When I asked the owner why so many months would go by with no response from the permit runner, why so many small mistakes delaying the process were being made he insulted me and my husband calling us names and refusing to complete the process. It it now 1.5 years later and the city of miami is still finding mistakes his permit runner made - missing engineering pages that were completed but not uploaded, missing categories for review when submitting plans. A project that should have taken 6 months tops has now tripled in time due to these mistakes. We spoke to two other companies who moved our project along in different phases and the experience was night and day.

Update in August to say the architect he works with is also very sloppy with no attention to detail adding in “default” things without consulting. She designed a tub under a window and put a wall mounted faucet but there is no space for that as designed. She didnt consult with us on any of the details she committed us to in the plans like lighting fixture placement, drain type, faucets, etc. These are the kind of details you rely on a company for.

The owner just responded that he’s not affiliated with his own permit runner which is laughable. Not only did he contract this permit runner, but he defended his errors 3 times and even with the last big mistake he refused to take accountability. Any business owner who can’t take accountability for the small stuff, should not be trusted to take accountability when big things happen.

We had to renovate a bathroom in our home. Onestop came by and finished the work to the best of our satisfaction. They were prompt,flexible ,quick to respond and showed great workmanship. I would recommend Onestop to anyone who has a home improvement or similar work

One Stop did a great job on a complex residential kitchen and bathroom renovation project. My design had some unconventional details and Jesus made sure his team executed them flawlessly. This was the first time that I worked with One Stop and I was impressed by how quickly they responded to calls and correspondence. Attention to detail and prompt communication resulted in a beautiful and successful project!
