Their professionalism is off the charts. We moved into a new office space, and they helped us with all the structural modifications. Everything was done on a timely manner and exactly as we requested. They even helped putting together the furniture at no additional cost. Would I recommend them to a friend? 200% yes.

Wechsler construction is the best! Three years of home renovation and we couldn’t be happier! Everyday we walk around our house and marvel at the workmanship! On top of that, Roger, ( the owner) and all his employees and subcontractors are people I enjoy having in my home and trust implicitly ! Can’t go wrong with this company!

If there were more than five stars available we would surely give them to Avi and the team at Wechsler Development for the superb work and craftsmanship they performed on our Miami residence renovation. Avi kicked off the renovation discussions with both detailed work schedules and action plans. Avi and his team quickly pivoted when supply chain issues directly impacted and delayed delivery dates of appliances, materials and cabinetry.

We would call upon Avi again on our next renovation. We have recommended Avi to others already because of his professionalism and his ‘nice guy’ attitude.

Working closely with the Wechsler Development team on this challenging project was a great experience from start to finish. Their team of professionals assisted us in everything from pre-construction services, value engineering, design recommendations, engagement with City officials, and permit processing. Without their experience and leadership, it would have been difficult to construct this building in such tight constraints due to the surrounding buildings. Their overall quality, attention to detail, and level of professionalism far exceeded our expectations, which is why we are using them on other projects. If considering new construction, do not hesitate in contacting Wechsler Development!

No complicated out sourcing or last minute issues like with other companies. She’s a business woman and creative magician all in one. She’ll take your ideas to the next level and make them a reality. Angelina and Michael have been terrific in doing two projects for our small condo association. The first was a repair of our outdoor ventilator system for our garage. The second was a replacement of an electrical box in our storage room. In both projects, they were incredibly friendly, professional, timely and efficient in completing their jobs. After buying my first million dollar home, I was very nervous about getting the interior design correct and also not breaking the bank with the designer after having already spent so much on the home. I interviewed numerous highly recommended interior designers and each had two things in common in their proposals 1) they would charge me as a % of what they spend (now that's crazy!) and 2) they would scrap every item I had from my previous home and start from scratch resulting in budgets well over $100k. Some presented radical designs like painting over all of the hard woods throughout the house ( the house was built in 1926 and is full of classic old hardwood)

Then I went to Angelina Morla whose taste and style I was very familiar with and quite liked. First of all, she was willing to give me a fixed price and a reasonable budget and timetable for the project, unlike all of the others. Next, without prompting, she was easily able to identify pieces from my old house that could easily fit into the design of the new house and other pieces that with a little alteration could fit in nicely into the new design.

I gave Angelina an overview of my taste preferences, style and of how I envisioned the house and then let her loose. Angelina chose certain colors and styles that I would have never chosen on my own - not because they didn't work, but because I wasn't brave enough. They worked spectacularly and every day I am glad she chose them. When we couldn't find items that were exactly what we wanted, she was able to find local craftsmen to make them to order at a cost cheaper than a store product!

At the end of the day, Angelina came in under budget, early and with a design for which I receive glowing compliments every time I have a visitor.

Reliable, punctual, honest and professional work. I used Angelina’s services to update the living room and bedroom, with a few touches my place looked modern and clean. I was so happy with the results that I contacted her again to re-do my patio. I get compliments all the time. She will listen to your ideas and work with your budget. Highly recommended.

Angelina and her crew helped us do a remodel on our kitchen after we needed to purchase new appliances. She was mindful of our budget, our time and our desire to keep things simple. Angelina always heard what we wanted and was consistently able to provide excellent design ideas and suggestions. We always seemed to like her ideas much more than ours. She is a designer, and thinks like a designer, but is down to earth in a way many are not. When we had an issue after the job was completed (through no fault of hers) she came back immediately with her crew to address it. She answers phone calls, responds immediately. All of this on a job that was not huge by Coconut Grove standards. I highly recommend Angelina and MPS Solutions.

I hired Angelina and Michael to perform several jobs at our home in the Gables. We had a very delicate job to replace the marble at the threshold of our new custom front door (pivot door) and it couldn't be done with just any tile laborer. The job was delicate due to the potential damage to the door. We also had an old pocket door track that the original contractor had not replaced. They did an AMAZING job on both projects. They were on-time, worked extremely clean, and were pleasant and professional. Very surprising by South Florida & contractor standards. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

01/18/2021 - I re-hired MPS to fix my outdoor fountain b/c the pump had problem. I texted Angelina about the project and w/in minutes she responded setting up a day/time to come by to see it. The fountain needed a new pump and the line needed to be re-run to the outlet. Within two days, Mikael was here with an electrician and fixed the pump. The work they preform is quality work but, also they're easy to work with. You don't need to chase them around to get the to show up. I highly recommend.
