Cesar was referred to me by my realtor as I was under contract to purchase a home. At first he was friendly and was eager to get the inspection to start given the deadline for the inspection period that I needed to comply by. He then submitted his inspection reports that I provided to 2 different insurance agencies for a quote , both agents were unable to give me a quote since the reports were incomplete and filled in incorrectly. To assist him I had asked the agents to contact him and to clarify what was missing as my dead line to conclude the inspection was in 1 day. He kept sending the reports incomplete and inaccurate and both agents advised that it’s not their responsibility to explain to him how to do the reports. When I told him so he went off making extreme racial and offensive statements to me, made threats to have people come after me, saying that he “knows people” and that he will not rest until I pay him for his reports. I didn’t as I couldn’t use his reports and I had to hire another inspector and pay him additional amounts to come and do the inspection in a short notice and to meet the deadline of the inspection period. He kept sending me threats and insults and stating he will send his “debit collectors” after me. I advised him that I will be reporting him to DBPR and to the police as the threats and rAcial attacks continued. Not only his reports were inaccurate and incomplete they were unorganized and hard for any person to follow. I advise steer clear and don’t be fooled by the “friendly” intro. He is extremely unprofessional and I will indeed be reporting him to DBPR and to the authorities.

This guy knows his profession. Highly skilled in all aspects of the mechanics in a home, condo or building. His ability to observe and translate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural terms into lay mans terms is very advantage. This way the client gets professional advise they can understand. Cesar is one of the most hard-working and obsessive guys I’ve ever met, and when it comes to diagnosing, fixing, repairing, working hard until the job is done, Cesar is second to none. Cesar will do any job, from decorating, fixing plumbing, electrical, and he will even crawl under the floorboards and fix the foundations if need be. It has only been a month since we hired Cesar, but absolutely escalated his skills to be the maintenance person for our entire property. What started as one job, will easily lead to a list of 25 jobs and more in the future. I know at the building he already handles maintenance for 8 (out of 32) units in the building all being referred from one owner to the next. No disappointment in his work from anyone thus far. He is beyond thorough in the researching of any issue or problems that we send his way. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty.
