Our company in Coral Gables recently used CMR Construction Group for a renovation of an office space. They did a wonderful job and in an extremely timely manner, especially during a pandemic. Felix Bernal was great to communicate with, and kept me updated during the entire process. We were so pleased with their work that we asked them to fix areas of our other office space that was not finished well by the previous contractor. I highly recommend this firm.

We highly recommend CMR Construction Group. From the moment they took on our project, the communication exceeded expectations; no matter how busy they were with other clients, management always made time to talk through concerns or meet at the house to review progress. Felix is a pleasure to work with! The main scope of our renovation project included full drywall repair/skim coating/painting, new doors, new trim/baseboards, new flooring throughout, electrical and many other changes we made during progress (we threw them some curveballs and they were very flexible with us). This was a large undertaking considering the condition the home was in. The crew is professional and reliable. We came to trust their work and they always ensured the results met our expectations. There were a couple of times where we wish the new floors had been better protected but CMR went above and beyond to clean them up and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We know many folks with nightmare stories of home renovations but we thankfully chose the right company. Not only do we highly recommend CMR, but we hope they will take on our next project.

I recently had my kitchen, remodeled by CMR construction and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Felix, the owner was always on site ensuring everything ran smoothly and that the highest standards were maintained. Rosa was pivotal in the design phase. Her consultation brought creative ideas and practical solutions that transformed my kitchen into a space I love. The execution was seamless from demolition to the final touches. Every step was well coordinated and the team was incredibly responsive and available to answer any questions I had. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction really stood out. After the project was done, I had a question about my refrigerator and Felix had no problem stopping by to try to help although he didn’t have to. I recommend them 10/10 and I absolutely love my new kitchen.

Office is very attentive and nice; however, their commitment is questionable. They only want large jobs and up charge on everything, from the architect, construction work, permits, etc. I would be careful.
