Steve came highly recommended to me. He is professional, and was very responsive to all of my questions. In South Florida it’s very hard to find a great construction company that’s reputable but Construction Voss meets all those qualities. Definitely consider them for your next project.

We had an amazing experience working with Voss Construction on the remodeling of our home in Boca Raton.

The Voss team did an incredible job in making our kitchen area beautiful and more functional. We actually enjoy spending time cooking !
This home was originally my parents home, and Steven understood the concept of sentimentality . When we asked him to save several original internal rock walls in the kitchen area, he was true to his word , and took the extra time to preserve them both , in addition to other areas we wanted to keep intact .

Juan was the foreman on our remodeling project and he was very contentious . His motto was “ your house is my house “ He appreciated the importance of the quality and value of the materials and the craftsmanship going into this endeavor .

The Voss team and sub contractors helped us to transform our living room into an area which flows well , and Steven had a good eye for the best type of recessed lighting for the room and, we love spending much of our time there .
The bathroom layout in all three bathrooms were remodeled and the space we gained was much more practical for us .

I highly recommend Voss Construction . We try to keep in touch with Steven and Juan and have even enjoyed meals together .
Every sub contractor they brought to our home was professional and paid attention to every detail, which made a big difference in the completion of the remodeling of our home.

Fast, clean, professional

I have called 3 times and emailed once to get an estimate for a roof replacement or repair, but no one will return my call. 😭

I was thinking to hire this company to do my roof after ask a couple neighbors in my neighborhood that we are not happy with their work at all so I decided to go with someone else and they sent me a bill for a cancellation fee which I never heard of

Felix is very kind, respectful, well-educated, honest, and extremely professional and has great taste and excellent ideas.

First off i would like to congratulate Mr.Felix @CMR Construction for the great professional team he has created & for the professionalism he gives to his customers/clients. In the line of building management we have worked with many contractors thru out the years but i must say very few were hands on, involved & ready to face any issue that may have come up during the project with a great positive attitude in finding a solution to keep the customer happy and on schedule. In the event we had an opportunity to work with CMR again in any future projects , it would definitely be a pleasure and we would definitely be happy to refer CMR to anyone asking to find a great Construction Company that does great work & is willing to find ways to help the customer meet there needs.

Looking for a General Contractor is stressful enough. However, after many searches and discussions I chose CMR Construction. I liked the way they walked me through the steps and planning stages. My home in Coral Gables was remolded inside and out. I spent roughly $200,000 and added to my square footage. My Home end result surpassed my expectations. CMR was extremely professional and took every concern or questions with great respect. I would highly recommend this general contractor to my family and friends.

Excellent service! Unlike your average Miami contractor, this company is punctual, courteous, follows up, and does an excellent job. I will not hesitate to hire them again.

It was a pleasure working with Felix. After having to fix my pipes, Felix did a total renovation of a bathroom and the kitchen, including the removal of a wall to join the dinning room to the kitchen and enlarge the space. He was very professional and and worked meticulously on every aspect of the job, including the daily cleanup when done for the day. I am a perfectionist, so I was very pleased to see how he paid attention to the small details and was always available to inspect the job. Willing always to go the extra mile. Scam roofing contractor...lies and dishonest contractor. Run as far away from CMR as possible. They take your money and never perform and when you want out of the contract for non performance they want to charge 25% for cancelation fee when they have not done any work or ordered any materials.
