Cmr put a new roof on my home. They did an excellent job. Their supervisors kept me informed of progress and closely monitored progress. Administrative personnel answered my questions promptly. The lantana office was very helpful in addressing any concerns I had during construction. Highly recommended

When tackling a complete renovation of your main house, the biggest problem is to find the right General Contractor. We bought a new house that required an almost complete reform and we had many doubts about finding the most suitable professional, we selected three companies and finally we chose to give the project to CMR Construction, given the good references we got about him and the good impression he made on us when we explained the project we wanted to carry out in the property.
At all times, from the preparation of the budget to the last final adjustment of the work, Felix was always aware of all our needs, he helped us in all decisions of materials that had to be taken and his team was punctual, professional and meticulous in every detail during the more than 7 months that the renovation lasted. He met the agreed timing and was completely in line with the initial budget signed. Definitely someone to recommend.

We recently moved to Miami and after all the horror stories that you hear about contractors, we were very nervous and discouraged to do our project, which was basically, a COMPLETE renovation but we were so fortunate to find Felix and his team. Their work was great, but one of the most important things for us was his transparency and communication. They get involved, they listen to you, they do their best to guide you, and they respect the budget! A complete professional team, very friendly Can't recommend them enough, this will be a contact to keep for as long as we are in Miami.

I have used this company on various occasions and I am delighted to say that they have NEVER done me wrong! Felix, the Owner is a great guy. Very professional, very knowledgable and above all very honest in all he does. I initially called CMR for a problem I was having with cracked tile from another "not so good contractor" and Felix was able to not only fix it but leave it better. Afterwards CMR did some remodeling work for me (changed locations of a couple of walls) and did all of the necessary plaster and finish work.

I want to say I like to work with the best... and I am thankful that Felix with CMR is definitely one of them.
